I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years and it’s been a great experience. The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working.

I came for an inspection to drive for Lyft. The team worked quickly to get me in and out and I appreciate that best of all when i come to get service anywhere. The inspection only cost $19. I would recommend this location

Very professional and very courteous.... Just need to have more in the inventory cause I couldn't get my engine filter changed cause it was out of stock... Like the crew they have

The issue I experienced occurred from an oil change serviced at another location. However the staff at the Sourh Chicago Ave location resolved the problem expeditiously and with such a wonderful attitude and personal touch. I will be returning for continued service at this location. They are truly professional and very business minded!!!

This was the first time in a very long time I got out of the jiffy lube less than a half hour. U can seat there for a hour waiting. So yesterday was a good day. I have to say the Professional Polite kind very help gentle there and clean in the waiting area.

I have been a customer of this location for over 5 years and I'm very satisfied with the service they provide. I know that I can trust when they tell me it's time for changing filters or getting particular flushes. My last service visit, I expressed some concerns I had, the young man listened and suggested an additive to fix the problem! Thank you for your services!

The wait was not long, the technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and the service was excellent.

Overall service at this dude free lube has been magnificent for me. I’ve been going there for over 10 years until recently my recent visit I was a little disappointed normally I didn’t mind getting out the car to walk around to the waiting area to wait to be serviced because I was smoking cigarettes then and it wasn’t raining. I was a little upset this time considering that it was raining I was asked to get out my vehicle to walk around in the rain to sit in the waiting area then later saying I’m allow someone else in through the vehicle inspection area. I’ve always liked this Jiffy Lube while I travel far at times just to use their services because I like their services so I wouldn’t recommend not going to this Jiffy Lube but I would definitely recommend you all changing that line of service where you making people walk around the building to go to the waiting area because I’m not getting younger and I do not want to get wet or being in the cold just to get my oil changed so I might not be doing services there anymore, but I would recommend anybody else too because they do get the job done
