Every time I swing by for my oil change or any extra services , I've had a great experience , The team at jiffy lube is spot on Thanks.

My tire light had turned on so I went to get it checked out not only were my tires over flated there a nail stuck in my tire. Although it was really stuck in there the staff was super nice and got the nail out no problem and put my tires to its correct air pressure. Super nice staff !

Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Location makes it easy to get in and out. Clean waiting area and reasonable wait time. I really like that you can see the service being done on your car and have the option to stay in your car while services are being done.

Five stars for this location! I'm a regular here and love seeing their great, diverse staff always hustling. Today I had a minor issue from a previous visit where an incorrect additive was recommended. The team handled it perfectly—they stood by their work, honored the warranty, and gave me a fresh oil change and filter free of charge to fix the honest mistake. Incredible customer care and integrity. They always take care of their people!

This is the best Jiffy Lube in Portage/old Irving area. Fast service. Professional crew. Very thorough. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go here over the one 2 minutes from my house.

This Jiffy Lube has been the best one I’ve ever been to! Not only was I asked if I wanted them to DRIVE my car into the garage, I didn’t even have to get out when I did drive it in! The service was unbelievably friendly and while I waited, my windows were also cleaned, again, all while sitting in my car. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I’m impressed. This is the place to go if your looking for a great price, OVER THE TOP customer service, and your life’s time back in under 15 minutes.

quick and efficient oil change. I went in about 9 am (only one other car there and they have 3 service bays) and was back on the road before 9:30 am. I appreciate that they weren't pushy about getting service I wasn't currently interested in (like changing wiper blades and fuel injection cleaning)
