10/10 I came in on Thursday to get an oil change. After the oil change I immediately noticed my car wasn't as loud. I feel a lot safer driving back home. The service was quick and the guys were very courteous. I appreciated their professionalism. If I lived in the city this would be my regular location.

Trevor and his team were fantastic. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and unlike other locations where I’ve had to wait outside until opening time, they were ready to get to work. They were friendly, professional, and got everything done incredibly quickly. It was honestly the fastest oil change and tire rotation I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, efficient service for their basic car maintenance. Thanks again to Trevor and the team—I really appreciate the great experience!

i had been looking for a mechanic that will change my differential fluid and after 2 mechanics trying to charge a 150$ diagnostic fee before anything, i went to this jiffy lube for just an oil change and they suggested i get my differential fluid changed. i obviously agreed since i had been looking to get it done. the problem i had been dealing with (flashing awd light) is gone and the car drives smooth. they also sent me my carfax for free i actually love this jiffy lube. they care <3

I was very happy with Jesse He was very professional explained everything to me and showed me wasn't pressuring me to buy anything which I appreciated. But on my next visit I will get that engine filter after he explained everything to me and I realized that my car is hesitating a little. The store was clean the bathrooms were clean. They did a double safety check as an Uber driver safety is most important to me. I will definitely be back at this location and I'm coming all the way from Palatine.
