Jiffy lube is what it is, but this one in my former neighborhood is always above the rest. Giselle went out of her way to explain everything and has a relaxed demeanor which puts you at ease. Angel and Victor did a great job with my service. I would highly recommend it anyone needing service in the future.

Quick service. Everything went well. The team was very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Esteban and Giselle in getting 3 items done for my car. They kept me informed on each service when it was done and when they started the next. Everyone there was kind, considerate and I can say they gave me great customer service.

Giselle, Victor, Pedro, Angel, Lukash, and Damani were very helpful today in getting me an oil change and air filter whilst also checked the air pressure for my tires. They were all extremely respectful and professional in carrying out their duties. They worked efficiently and did not have to wait very long. They all deserve a raise for their diligent work.

Giselle is great at being direct and not too pushy with sales. Victor and Damani were polite and did quick work. The team has literally jumped the van in the middle of the street when I was dealing with a battery nightmare and made sure I had a ride/way of getting home. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube and I always choose it over other locations.

Came in for an oil change and tire alignment. They don’t actually do tire alignments, but I was super nicely explained that and where I could go by the nice lady with braids and gorgeous eyebrows. She was super hospitable and nice. I got the oil change done immediately. After my hood was lifted, Lukash politely informed me that when I last put coolant in my tank, I left the cap off (luckily it was still in the car) ??. Then I brought up my coupon for the oil change, which he informed me wasn’t applicable. Obviously I’m the automobile expert?? Ever patient, he took care of my car and was super informative, kind thorough the entire time. This is the definition of top notch service. These two deserve raises immediately. I will be back! Thank you for the incredible, speedy service!
