I had a great experience with Mr. Andre and Mr. Joe who work on my vehicle. They dis not try to sell me something I did not need. Mr. Andre stated brake fluid came up as service but I stated I believed I had it done he stated check you record and get back with us and then we will do it if needed. As a women; I appreciated that recommendation

With today’s economy it’s very hard to spend hundreds of dollars on anything. But today I had the pleasure of working with Dennis at my local jiffy lube, and never have I felt more taken care of and confident that my vehicle is being properly maintained to be able to get me from home to work and vice versa. Dennis is the man and I will always come back to this jiffy lube for his professionalism and experience. Very knowledgeable and I’m so happy I was able to cross paths with this technician.

He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure every customer is taken care of. I really hope Jiffy Lube keeps him at this location because he makes a huge difference. It’s very hard to find someone who takes as much pride in their job and treats customers as well as he does. No one does the job like Mr. Dennis! He is definitely an asset to this location and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Highly recommend! ??

I had called at first, and Cordero answered, I was asking about pricing for an oil change. He was very kind and super helpful, and very fast at responding. I didn’t have to wait on hold like every other place. I was just across the street so I told him I’ll just stop on in and then we can go From there. Cordero and I Joe were so polite, and very cautious with my vehicle which made me feel I was going to be in good hands. I came in for a pricing and both of them worked together to get me what I needed in a very timely manor. So this well I’ll be back for my oil change. Excellent customer service from the both of them!

Got an oil change with Dennis. I believe he’s the manager but I do know that jiffy live was in a bad place before he came and it looks like after he showed up the place got a lot better. I was thinking of never coming back but now it’s good again

Everything was thoroughly checked, I was well informed of all of my options and any concerns with my car, I was in and out in 20 minutes! Fastest and most convenient oil change I’ve ever had. Each single staff member was so great! Especially the manager who helped me out!
