Very professional and kind people! It’s always a great experience taking my car to Jiffy Lube! I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing their car serviced.

I normally go to Jiffy Lube in Keswick every 2/3 months from my oil change. Well, I was in the city for the day Tuesday on my way home. I heard a noise coming from one of my tires. So I figured I would go for an oil change in Aurora and while they were doing the oil change, they could take a look at my tire to make sure it was safe enough for me to go on the highway. Abhi & Gagan Were very attentive, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable. The experience was a pleasure.! They honestly reassured me and explained everything with detail. They are very professional. I’m almost thinking of driving the extra mile to become a regular customer at their store.. Thank you so much for helping me on Tuesday!!!!! It was one of the hottest days of the year. They even gave me a cold water. Recommend this location thousand percent.

Traveled with my granddaughter via I 80-90 to see Madre Pilgrim/Our Lady of Guadalupe exhibit @ St Rita's in Aurora, IL. Midway into Indiana, engine light came on & later started to flash. At the exhibit, prayed to Our Lady to put someone in my path who would take care of us so we could travel safely back home. Just a short distance from our hotel was the Jiffy Lube on W. Sullivan Rd. in Aurora, IL. I cannot say enough about the mngr. Jonathan S. and his crew. They were fantastic!! Friendly, courteous & made me feel comfortable with the whole process. They did the diagnostic & felt it best to call in from home the mngr just to be sure they didn't miss anything. Jonathan came in and personally kept me posted on the work his crew was doing. I am pleased to report back, we arrived home safely and the car performed well. (PS he even came and picked us up at the hotel after the car was fixed/earlier than predicted) Don't hesitate to use Jiffy Lube if ever in Aurora IL. I have lit a candle at my hometown Our Lady of Guadalupe prayer grotto for Jonathan and his crew. God Bless & thank you!!!!!

Employees were professional and even though I had a cooling system flush, it seemed like I was done and out sooner than the last visit.

I had an excellent experience with JiffyLube. Tyler was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions honestly, and made sure I received the services my vehicle actually needed. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend working with him if you're looking for a professional and trustworthy experience. Five stars!

Needed to get a skid plate taken off of my car before the holiday weekend. All shops in town were closed or busy. Went here and it was done in 5 mins

This is my go to Jiffy Lube when my car needs an oil change. The waiting room is always clean and the employees are very nice. Love that I can get in and out without wasting time in my day.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, and I always get great service and detailed explanation of the service is being done. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today’s visit was yet another example of great service- Myles was very helpful and kind, which was so appreciated. Additionally, the place is always very clean inside, they have tables as well as comfortable chairs in the waiting area. This Jiffy Lube has a great car wash as well. Overall, I recommend this place.

Extremely courteous and goes over any recommended repairs without being pushy like many other repair shops.
