Amazing experience and so fast!! I was waiting behind a car at woodmans for over 20 mins without seeing any mechanics working on the car, so I left and was in and out in less time than I had to wait at the other place. Everyone was super nice and friendly and helpful too :)

Services great the prices have skyrocketed only now 5 quarts of oil most cars use more than 5 quarts and service for tools used $9 in my opinion prices are too high

Quick and easy. Was able to drop off, eat a quick lunch, and pick up my vehicle all while on my 45 minute lunch break. Service time in total from start to finish with one car ahead of me in the bay I pulled into was approx 20 minutes. Courteous technicians from start to finish with welcoming tones and appreciation for bringing my vehicle to them.

As a woman, navigating car maintenance and repairs can sometimes feel challenging or intimidating—but that was absolutely not my experience here. From the manager and front-desk attendant to every technician I interacted with, everyone was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. This team truly goes the extra mile for its customers. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and sincerely appreciate the exceptional service!

Very professional and kind people! It’s always a great experience taking my car to Jiffy Lube! I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing their car serviced.

I normally go to Jiffy Lube in Keswick every 2/3 months from my oil change. Well, I was in the city for the day Tuesday on my way home. I heard a noise coming from one of my tires. So I figured I would go for an oil change in Aurora and while they were doing the oil change, they could take a look at my tire to make sure it was safe enough for me to go on the highway. Abhi & Gagan Were very attentive, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable. The experience was a pleasure.! They honestly reassured me and explained everything with detail. They are very professional. I’m almost thinking of driving the extra mile to become a regular customer at their store.. Thank you so much for helping me on Tuesday!!!!! It was one of the hottest days of the year. They even gave me a cold water. Recommend this location thousand percent.
