I have been going to the jiffy lube on Addison for years everyone has been helpful wonderful to work with and had no complaints ever great place

I drive over 40 minutes just to come to the Jiffy Lube in Addison, and it’s absolutely worth it every time. The team here is always smiling, courteous, and genuinely friendly. They make routine car service feel easy and even fun. The staff treats you with respect, keeps you informed, and works efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. Even though there are plenty of locations closer to me, this one stands out for its great energy and consistently excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Addison Jiffy Lube to anyone who wants fast, reliable service from people who truly care.

Always super fast, super friendly, and informative without being pushy. I'm a big fan of getting my oil changes done here.

I needed to get an oil change. And a tail light replaced. They were very busy but they still got me in and out and explained everything I needed. And was able to use my coupon I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service! Fair pricing and swift service. They make suggested additional services needed and no pressure to take suggested work. I just discovered that they will do an oil top off ! Just bring car in. Highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient. I always come here in between oil changes for a low tire or light replacement. Great service all the time.

Stopped in for oil change was in and out in about 15 mins they did a quick inspection of my car. Told me what was an issue asked if wanted fixed. Over all good experience.

One of the few good branches of Jiffy lube. I drive over 20 minutes to them and there are couple of branches closer to me but thier treatment , professionalism and honesty is totally worth it. 100% recommended ????

Excellent experience getting a quick oil change. Pulled in and the team went right to work. They were efficient and communicated well. A well oiled machine this shop is. Will go here again.
