Very easy and pleasant experience. Chris was transparent about prices, work, and the state of my car and if anything else needed worked on. They also filled up my washer fluid for free. I was out in 30 min and will be going here again.

This crew in Pocatello Idaho on Yellowstone Avenue did a great job on my fleet vans and even found a power steering leak I had. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and gave great service! Definitely recommend!

This jiffy lube in Pocatello Idaho is one of the best experiences in an oil change that I have ever had we was in and out of there within 15 minutes and they were attentive on the checking everything and letting me know and showing me what needed to be done and what didn't

Honestly, Jiffy Lube is on par with any other oil change place. After many attempts requesting that they perform only the oil change, without opening or checking anything else on our car, they are finally able to do so. However, this was a challenge because of their lack of good communication among their team. One discouraging thing about Jiffy Lube is that they don’t clean residual oil off of our car before letting us go. Every time we get our oil changed by Jiffy Lube the oil they leave ends up dripping on our driveway. Update 08/31/2026 I just took my truck to Jiffy Lube again for an oil change and this time they did a really good job doing only the oil change and they also wiped up everything under the engine so that it would not drip on my driveway. I’ve changed our review from 3 to 5 stars.

I’ve come here for over 15 years, the quality of employees varies but the service is extremely stable. I received a coupon for the competing lube shop (50% off) and was not only disappointed in service but also in price WITH the coupon. Jiffy lube keeps it real with lower prices and good service without upselling everything.
