We took our 1994 250 diesel into Jiffylube for an oil change. Talking with the manager we decided to do as much maintenance as possible. The crew did all sorts of stuff and the manager Mike was totally awesome. We plan on taking our other vehicle in soon. Thank You Jeff and Joy Green

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and deals today at jiffy lube in nampa off the Caldwell boulevard. My associate Nicky today was by far the most helpful, when I had a ton of questions and choices to make for my truck. I highly recommend and will always have my business.

I made the mistake one time of going to another oil change company, and I paid for it. But I will always drive out of my way to go to my specific shop. They treat women with respect, they’re kind, courteous, helpful. I have never ever had a bad experience with them.

I had a coupon for an oil change and read the coupon wrong, it was not for Jiffy Lube but for one of their competitors. Not only did Kaia honor the coupon, she beat it! She definitely made the sale! I would also like to say it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever experienced! Definitely “jiffy”!

Our customer service representative was very friendly and helpful, giving us another coupon when our first one couldn’t work with our car.

The service for my Chevy Sonic was needed but came to almost $500. The technicians tried to find what coupons and discounts were available and saved me almost $100.

Everyone there was very polite and thoughtful and help me dig my coupons because I'm dumb and anything to do with surfing the cell phone it's held to get old I would recommend this team and that location to everybody

Stopped to get head lights restoration on my HONDA CRV they were so clouded over I had to be home by dark. After Jiffy Lube did the lifetime guarantee service my headlights now look like new. Very good service and all around good experience. Thanks

Wonderful Crew at Jiffy Lube!!! They were quick, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely go there again. Kaia and Mike deserve Kudos for my service. Mike found me a new dipstick at a discount. Another gentleman (I am so sorry as I forgot his name) was super helpful as to setting me up with everything and showing me to the waiting room (and he was so polite and charming), Kaia found me Extra Discounts off my bill with online coupons and she also found something important I had miss placed ??
