Fast and professional

Oil change, lubrication, oil and air filter replacement went well, but forgot to vacuum.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful staff. I was hoping to get more remote work done while I waited but they were too fast for me.

They were so kind and patient.

They were th thorough, had excellent teamwork, and explained everything I needed to repair. It felt very comforting knowing they were going the extra mile!

Very good experience. Got a lot of information about the vehicle that I brought in and areas that need attention.

Incredibly fast and friendly service. Called in at 4:45 and picked up our car less than 20 mins later.

Grease gun wasn't working, but they got it going, kind of as a favour, since I asked. I may have been one of the few that got lubed at all today- which is kind of good, in a way.

The tech's were responsive, they completed the work amd noted a few things to share with us aftwrwards. They did a great job.

The staff were friendly and helpful with what I needed, and they offered me assistance with other things I hadn’t considered with my car. I also felt content with any product options we discussed.

Ricky B., Ryan W., and Kevin K., were great. I was able to get my oil changed, it was way overdue, and I was there and done in 15 minutes. They answered all my questions and showed me some things I wanted to know about my new to me car. Great staff, great experience.

Really good customer service

Helpful in doing a duplicate radiator flush just to make sure all the oil was out from a previously leaking gasket. One person washed the windows for free, but he forgot to vacuum, which is something he said we would do; anyway we appreciate the window wash - the person was very nice.

Have been to this exact jiffy lube twice now and they always do an excellent job. Not only do they know what they are talking about but efficient and quick. Ricky helped me out today and was very respectful and nice. Thank you guys for your hard work!

They did an amazing job explaining and walking me through everything especially since this is my first time setting this up on my own.

My wife and I went in for a transmission fluid change. Everyone there went out of their way to be nice to us. I'm recovering from my broken hip so I'm on a cane. The guys drove our car to the front door to make it easier for me. Really good service and professionalism

They were extremely efficient and fixed up problems I didn’t even know my car had.

They were out of my oil filter but had one delivered within minutes. Communicated great and were very kind and thorough.

They explained what they're doing and also gave a list of services that my car needs. Service was quick and price is very reasonable

They were honest & up-front with me. They couldn't get the drain plug out & aren't allowed to use impact tools. They simply said sorry & sent me on my way.
