The crew was super helpful and the service was fast. They notified me that my oil filter housing was broken and ordered me a new one. They replaced it the next week in like 5 minutes. Would highly recommend this business.

Was able to get in with minimal waiting. Staff were polite and thorough. They explained what they did and why, and they were able to get me on my way with only a short wait. My local car dealership is far more difficult to arrange an oil change, with and the wait time can be hours.

Great experience this morning. The techs were friendly. They did not pressure me into getting things replaced that I did not need. One of them even answered a question I had about refilling fluids on my own. I will come back when I need another oil change.

Best place I’ve ever been to for an oil change. The manager is “hands on”, very knowledgeable, great customer service, just a nice guy. I’ve been there 2 times in the last 3 weeks with both my cars, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Randy finished up my paperwork, explained everything, another very solid staff member. It is definitely a very good value for the quality and price. Give them a try, you’ll leave impressed as I have been(twice)

Highly recommend, Bill and Randy were very professional and easy to work with. My truck was having an issue after they pulled the fuel filter off but that didn’t stop them from figuring it out and getting me back on the road! Thanks again guys

Extremely pleased with the work done and the customer service here. My wife and I have came here for oil and filter changes for a while now. Billy figured out how to do our cabin filter (not an easy task on our car) during his lunch time and Randy is honest in all his recommendations on what may need to be done. Would highly recommend Jiffy Lube in the Hayden area.

All personnel were very professional and I felt they really appreciated the business. Even toped off the windshield washer fluid since it was a bit low and also checked power steering and brake fluids. Also made sure the tires were inflated to recommended pressure. Would definitely take a vehicle there again.

Went in for oil change and fluids check. While service was being done I was given a great bear claw to munch on. They also washed my windshield and price was great with my military discount. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Excellent experience servicing my car, which is a 2026 GMC diesel. You guys were attentive nowhere of every aspect of the oil change, checking filters, air lights, etc. I recommend Randy there, when you go.

On my way to Jiffy Lube to get my oil change when a deer ran out in front of me and damaged my car smashed in the driver side front panel landed on the roof crushed that in and then he ran off and lived thank God. However when I got down there every guy there stopped to ask if I was OK I needed some help they treat me with respect they helped me to open my door so I could actually get out of the car cause I was jammed in and to top it off at the very end they gave me a nice discount. This place rocks I will not take my vehicle any place else for an oil change thank you guys for everything you did for me!

I was in a hurry, they got me in and out super quick, and everyone was nice and professional. They talked over any services that they recommended that were going to cost more than the original price, and I didn't feel pressured, just informed of the what and why. Overall good experience

Stopped by for an oil change and was welcomed to a friendly and professional automotive team. Customer and vehicle service was detailed and efficient. This is one of the best Jiffy Lubes I have personally been to.
