I came a few mins before closing time and they weren’t able to get me in, Marcus hooked me up great with an oil top up and aired my tires too. Really appreciate the time

Very thorough job! Came in for an oil change and they checked all the fluids, filled the tires, checked all the lights. Even washed my windows. Shout out to Gared, Marcus, and Steven who were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for many years. I appreciate the service they offer and the hard work. I think the prices are fair but the techs can be a bit pushy with trying to get you to pay for extra stuff to be done. They pulled my air filter out claimed I needed a new one but to be honest I did agree to let them change it but it didn't really look that dirty to me. So, yes they squeezed a few extra bucks out of me. Now the technicians work very hard I'm not saying they don't I support all the blue collar jobs. You do the jobs most people can't and I respect that and thank you for doing the job. I will however critique my recent visit where I had an oil change done. The technician told me there was an oil leak and that I should probably have my truck seen by a mechanic. So, that's what I did. I took it to a mechanic and asked if he could show me what to look for. And he and I both crawled underneath and showed me the oil pan and everything else. He then said he doesn't know what they're talking about because there is no oil leak or anything leaking for that matter and that it's dry as a bone. He said who ever told me that must've tried to scare me in doing something more. So, thankfully he didn't charge me for that but still it's a bit annoying to be told you have an issue just to be told by another that there isn't an issue. Now, people make mistakes I get that so it's whatever because things were fine and I didn't have to fork over more money. I will still gladly use Jiffy Lube. I've used them as I said for many years. I think everyone has been fair and respectful. So, I still would strongly recommend them to anyone.

They were amazing after the post falls location refused to service my vehicle cause they had already cleaned up after not having any business for 3 hours while they where still open for 20 min so I had called the Hayden location to get a phone number to call management they stayed open later than they had to waited for me and gave me an oil change they are honestly the best they didn’t have to do that at all they could have just given me the phone number and closed and gone home I truly appreciate everything that they did for me

These guys are great! I needed an oil change due to transmission fluid getting in the oil tank and they went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. I highly recommend them!!

I went into the Hayden Jiffy Lube (Aug 17th) and the crew changed my oil and then showed me a dirty air filter they replaced. I had gone in a couple months earlier. They advised me to drive another couple thousand miles on my present oil then since they said the car was in good shape. I feel confident that the Hayden Jiffy Lube will not try to oversell me services I don't need. Yeah!

Just a routine oil and filter change. I drive about 70 miles on way to them because of their friendliness and outstanding customer service.

The crew was super helpful and the service was fast. They notified me that my oil filter housing was broken and ordered me a new one. They replaced it the next week in like 5 minutes. Would highly recommend this business.

Great experience this morning. The techs were friendly. They did not pressure me into getting things replaced that I did not need. One of them even answered a question I had about refilling fluids on my own. I will come back when I need another oil change.
