I just wanted to give a shout out to the team! It was so awesome to see people enjoying what they do. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into a place of business and be greeted by someone who truly cares. Brad and Luke went above and beyond. Every time I go in whether it’s to get an oil change or to get propane they’re on the ball. Always happy to help. I really appreciate the well oiled Machine they got going at this location in Chubbuck. Way to go you guys you knocked it out of the park.

The staff at jiffy lube in Chubbuck are always quick in getting my truck in and out. They are easy going and take care of your needs and not pushy at all. Highly recommend

I’m a regular customer at this location and they are AMAZING! They’re quick and efficient with the oil changes and they always communicate with what your car is needing if they see anything that needs your attention. They even offer tire rotating at this location! I love their fresheners that they give at the end of the service. I thank the crew for getting my car road ready!

Super sweet, I showed up twenty minutes before they closed and felt awful but they got it done and were so helpful and sweet to me.

Was greeted promptly, technician guided me into the bay. Manager checked in with me, I needed oil change and coolant system flush. They were running a 40 percent off on coolant flushes, the service there is great, they were very quick to complete both services. I really like jiffy lubes procedure to show fluid caps are on tight and to review oil level. I am a frequent customer of the chain. The chubbuck locations staff are friendly and professional, the facility is clean and comfortable. I will keep returning

Went in to get a oil change. Was told it was to early to have one. Want needed yet. I can't tell you how nice it was for the honesty. They could of changed it and I wouldn't have know the difference. Thank you so much means alot. I will definitely be back. And will tell everyone.

These guys saved me. I was traveling through the area when my oil filter gasket failed. The old filter was stuck on and oil was everywhere. They worked extra hard and got me going again quickly.

Jiffy line is great. Fast and effective service. They helped me out the way that benefited me the most.

Wow! I stopped in to get my oil changed and couldn’t feel any more well taking care of! From the minute I walked in Chris was super friendly and kind to me. I am currently going through a family crisis, and he was very sympathetic and got me in and out as fast as he could. He also helped me find a coupon that would save me money. Keep this employee! Chris is worth his weight in gold! Thank you, Chris!

The techs took me in right away, changed my oil , topped off my transmission fluid, and reset my oil life indicator. My car is running smoother and a bit faster, now. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
