Very helpful and great service.

First time using this place. The technicians were professional and didn't push unnecessary services, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my oil change took 80 minutes to complete, so I found that frustrating.

Brought in my car for an oil change, they were quick and thorough. Even rotated my tires for me. They inform you of necessary and recommended repairs without pushing sales. 10/10 recommended.

I sure like the atmosphere of a business where the people are friendly, competent, and don't use any high pressure sales techniques. I'm new to the area but have had good experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past and this was no exception. Dale, the manager, was great! I got a simple oil change, and cabin air filters changed. Excellent job, quick service (even factoring in Dale was training some new employees), reasonable prices.

An oil change is expensive nowadays but if you need to get it done come here. The guys here are awesome.

We got a flat tire outside Jiffy lube and tried to fix it ourselves but the tire nuts were on too tight to get off so we walked inside to ask a couple of employees for help. They all came out super eager to assist and didn’t stop at just helping us loosen them but also put our donut on as well. We didn’t have much cash on hand but still offered what we had and they declined saying it was their pleasure to help. I’ve never been a customer of this place but due to their helpfulness and politeness I will be getting my oil changes here from now on.

Just wanted to say, " Thank You! " to the staff at Jiffy Lube in Waukee, IA. They were amazingly friendly, fast, and efficient. They worked hard to get me in and out. They asked me if I wanted to replace my air filter and cabin filter. They even brought them to me and showed me the their condition. The manager, Dale walked through all my options with me and through my reciept. He explained everything they did in detail and told me when my next service is due. I enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back !! Thanks again to all of the crew at Jiffy Lube in Waukee. :)

I not only had a flat-there was a hole in the tire that wouldn’t hold air! Nathan Kroeger and Ed from Grimes Jiffy Lube did everything they could think of to get me where I needed to go to replace the tire with the warranty on it. They finally brought a new tire ( be it a little large) from Grimes to Waukee, rimmed it and put it on the car, charged me $50 and had me on the road, with instructions to not drive any more than I had to, what to watch out for and to call them when I arrived safely! And a hug! Above and beyond the call of duty! I’m switching my business to Juffy Lube!!
