Getting my vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube location was easily one of the best decisions I've made all year. You literally can't get better service anywhere else in the area. A true sense of confidence in their competence arrives as soon as you're seated in the well maintained and clean waiting area. You literally are made to feel like royalty here.

Always great service at jiffy lube.

I went in to have them check the coolant level as the coolant light had come on when I was on the interstate the day before. It had gone off later but I was still nervous about it. They checked it and other fluid levels. All was well. They sent me on my way without charge. Everyone was super friendly and understanding. Another great Jiffy Lube experience!

Wow wow wow, I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could! This place was INCREDIBLE! If you're a woman or any younger girl drivers that are intimidated to get your oil change you're safe with this staff. I was greeted by Curt before I even got out of my vehicle, I was led inside to sit with my two kids, it was very clean, the restroom was also very clean. There was no wait and they pulled my car right in. My vehicle was vacuumed, my windows were cleaned and I wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't need. These guys were so genuinely friendly, it took literally minutes to get my car back and I knew everything that was happening to my car at all times. When I went to leave a man from service came and opened my door so I could put my baby in her car seat. This place is truly above and beyond for the customer and that's really really hard to find these days especially in service departments! Thank you to the staff there, we'll be back!

I love this local Jiffy Lube, this team has always been awesome and has skilled technicians. I dislike that the corporate Jiffy Lube forces their employees to be salesmen and try to over sell services to good loyal customers. You lose customers if you’re taking advantage of those paying for services, this team has always been very trustworthy in Sioux City from my experience. They are never offended when I decline their scripted sales pitches that Jiffy Lube corporations forces them to say, it’s just feels so scripted and disingenuous and we can just laugh about how silly the corporations are when they force their staff to follow scripts.

Had a new radiator put in my 2014 1500 silverado and the individual didn't tighten the oil lines to the radiator, the manager tighten the fittings and filled it up with oil and sent me on my way thank you very much

I regularly take my work vehicle here for oil changes and the team is great! I did have a problem with my blower motor after an air filter change and they quickly fixed my issue at no extra charge! Shout out to Kurt &Curt. Professional, fast, and honest!

Kurtis S and his team were efficient in getting me in and out. I kept hearing a noise under my van asked to check it out. The shock rear absorber was broken making all the noise. Have an appointment to them both replaced.
