This is my favorite Jiffy Lube Location. They go above and beyond every time. Very respectful and considerate.

Curtis, Morogan and, Karen helped me out today. They were awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Technicians were very professional and kept me updated during my visit. They did not try to upsell anything and were honest about any services needed.

We had a great experience with my daughter’s car here yesterday. She was concerned about the engine overheating and Curtis took the time to assess different potential causes when the oil was ruled out as the culprit. He offered informed solutions and advice. His time, suggestions and genuine interest in helping were so appreciated. Above-and-beyond service!

I can’t thank Jack and Morgan enough for everything they did for us. We were traveling to see family, and unfortunately the whole trip turned into a nightmare. We ended up stranded far from home when our car suddenly started overheating and smoking. With very little money and a long way to go, I was scared and didn’t know what we were going to do. From the moment Jack and Morgan stepped in, they treated us with kindness, understanding, and compassion. They were able to get our car back up and running so my family and I could make it home safely. They truly went above and beyond during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever been through. There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for their help. Without them, I honestly don’t know how we would have made it home. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest, caring, and dependable service. They were truly a blessing to my family, and I will never forget what they did for us. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Quick Quality service, attentive staff, fair prices

The line moved fast. I was in and out quickly. The cost was less than the dealer. Plus they pointed out a bolt missing from my 3rd engine mount and referred me to the Kia dealer

Staffed was very professional friendly and they went above and beyond what was expected of them service was done quickly professionally and neatly and they taught me a lot in 15 minutes I will no longer go to my other oil change company after my visit today and my daughter who was on the phone with me will be changing her servicer as well great job Jiffy Lube awesome job Curtis

Today wasn't the quickest visit. But they made sure I got a new oil filter even though it was stuck on there pretty good.

He was working alone, but still handled everything quickly and professionally without making me feel rushed or like my time didn’t matter. He stayed focused, efficient, and respectful the whole time. Everyone at the Merle Hay location was incredibly nice and helpful. It was so easy to get my oil changed here. This is the only way to go.

I honestly didn’t expect an oil change to leave me this impressed, but Jiffy Lube completely exceeded my expectations. The service itself was lightning fast, but they didn’t cut corners, they checked everything, topped off fluids, and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how genuinely courteous everyone was. It felt like they actually cared about both me and my car, which is rare these days.
