I honestly didn’t expect an oil change to leave me this impressed, but Jiffy Lube completely exceeded my expectations. The service itself was lightning fast, but they didn’t cut corners, they checked everything, topped off fluids, and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how genuinely courteous everyone was. It felt like they actually cared about both me and my car, which is rare these days.

Friendly helpful staff! They were super nice and knowledgeable!

Great team at this location! My husband and I were on the road following a freezing wind and snow storm and had an overheating engine. They did a coolant swap for us and stayed with us until they were sure our heat was back on and things were in working order. Thank you all for your help!

I went in for an oil change. I've never used Jiffy Lube before today. The guy who greeted me was friendly. He started the work on my truck after I pulled it into the bay myself. But then he disappeared. I went into the lobby. Which was cold and kind of messy. I saw several employees just standing around. I wasn't there for long . But I do feel like it wasnt very professional. Especially after the girl asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I asked her if they were done and she said yes. I said to her I didnt see anyone put the oil in my truck. The next thing I know is the girl who took my payment is out there putting what I assumed was oil in my truck. Not one of the guys who are dressed for this type of work were there to do it. Just standing around watching as the girl is doing their job. There are atleast 6 guys working there today. I dont think I will go back.

Eric by far one of the best workers ive seen at jiffylube, what a great guy. If anyone ever goes in, ask for eric, he will get you right

Quick service had to return to set up the oil change monitor that monitors usage; other than that all went well, thanks

They do good work, no problems

Well the guys there are great and answer all questions. Really like the work done and only thing o forgot was how to reset my car so will see if I can figure it out.

I had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. I got my car in quickly and the oil change done. The manager was pleasant and helpful.

Curtis the assistant manager was so helpful respectful and a true blessing to me today. I have a bad hip and he escorted me to the waiting room and then assisted me to my car when I was ready to go! Excellent service and I will be back.

Got me in a timely manner, even tho they were short handed. Left some oily rags in my car, but not a big deal, just a little smelly. Over all pleased and will use again if I need to get in quickly
