Adam and Austin greeted me at my car with a smile and attentiveness to what I needed. The work was very fast, changing my oil and windshield wipers. I will definitely be back.

Major shout out to Andrew, Adam and Edward for the professional and passionate service I received this afternoon! I’m scheduled to drive to Iowa City tomorrow and stopped by with my daughter to ask for an oil change, fluid and tire check and these guys went totally above and beyond my expectations for Jiffy Lube! I’ve visited this location in the past and received good/quick service and thought I’d give these guys another try. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful reception I received from this group and the thorough assessment and job they performed. I was provided with some cautionary items to take a look at and given several options to consider with no pressure what-so-ever. The pricing options I was given were very fair. In addition, Andrew spent some time to review an issue with the coolant system/level(s) and an active leak. He pointed out several items and parts related and things to watch for during our discussion, he also provided valuable information like a “to do” list of sorts for the coming days and additional recommendations moving forward. I thank him for his precious time in having an insightful conversation. During these challenging times, we should feel blessed to have some very professional, genuine and caring individuals among us here in the Des Moines area. You should be proud of this group.
