Elijah and his team were so thorough that while cleaning my cabin filters - they removed remenances of what look like a "critters gnawing our air-filters", and clogging our air-conditioning vents. Hence, the odd but familiar odor in our Honda Accord!! THANK YOU JIFFY'S ALIJAH TEAM-CLIVE, IOWA!! WE & MANY WILL BE BACK!

I've never been to a place like this before. Normally I get my oil changed at the small mechanic where I live. But I was in the area and really needed my oil changed. Every employee I interacted with was very kind. It was a crazy fast experience. When I got there, there were two vehicles being worked on already in the bays. I was here for a total of maybe 30 minutes??? Maybe?? The waiting room was clean, there was a mini fridge with complementary water available. The girl who brought me inside showed me where the restrooms were. I didn't use them so I'm not for sure on the cleanliness of them. I have a feeling it would've been good though. There was a sign for wifi in the waiting area. I paid like $150 total. Got an oil change with full synthetic and got a filter replaced. I believe they topped off my windshield fluid but not for sure without checking my receipt. I've never paid over $100 for an oil change before. But I came here knowing it would be on the expensive side, so it wasn't a surprise. But hey, I was here for like a total of 30 minutes, had access to bathrooms, water and wifi if I wanted. So I'm not going to complain. It was nice not having to drop my vehicle off at a shop with an appointment time, walk home, and come back later in the day for my car.

He was professional, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. Easily one of my best oil change experiences. Highly recommend!

In and out in a jiffy

Friendly staff and quick service. I had a 10 am appointment with another place. They didn’t honor my appointment when I showed up. I left and went down the street to Jiffy Lube and they got me in right away. While the price for full synthetic seems higher than other shops, the staff did help me find coupons to save a bit. Overall, great service at this location.

Great service and great people. Extremely friendly and added a level of satisfaction to a regular oil change. Cody was great - he doesn’t want to charge you for services or supplies you don’t need. Lot of respect for him and the guys at Jiffy Lube.

Kudos to Coty for stepping up to resolve an awkward situation. Before starting service, crew members quoted $120 for oil change. When asked to pay, the bill was well over $200! I had the same service done at another Jiffy for $150. This shop needs to communicate pricing before service is started. If it wasn't for Coty this would be a 1 star review. Thank you Coty for saving the day.

This location was awesome! The team is laid back, efficient, and honest. After driving half way across the country my car needed various maintenance completed in addition to an oil change. I was super impressed that they offered to go up the street to autozone and grab the parts I needed for everything I wanted done. BIG thank you to the team and special shout out to Coty and Chasity for their extra attention!
