The team was super efficient. Did not make me uncomfortable with upsells; just showed me some promos (which I got because I forgot I needed to replace my wipers). Told me about some possible issues with Walmart threading my oil pan bolt, which I would have never known about. Basically everything you would expect from an experience with Jiffy lube. Thanks!

Got an oil change. Excellent service. They do run a diagnostic and make recommendations based on mileage and type of vehicle. But no pressure to upsell in anything. Work completed in less than 30 min.

Recently, I’ve always had excellent experiences with this Jiffy Lube. Cashiers are very upfront and will tell you exactly what services they believe you will actually need and won’t try to upsell you on other services. I know this is not a universal expectation. But from what I’ve experienced the last few times I’ve been there. I’ve always been impressed. Matt especially did an excellent job with my last visit. He gave me an estimate estimated timeframe and broke down why each service would require x amount of time, and did his best to get me out of there within that timeframe.

I usually change my own oil, but I accidentally stripped the head on my drain plug. The folks at Jiffy Lube were able to remove the plug pretty quickly! Since it was already in and I was short on time, I had them go ahead and do the oil and filter change, which they were willing to do with the oil and filter I brought with me. Quick, friendly, professional service!
