Gala - Crew Chief was my 1st contact when I arrived at Jiffy Lube in kalihi. He greeted me with kindness and respect knew it was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube kalihi, and assisted me accordingly with my full synthetic oil change in less than 15 minutes of waiting. I highly recommend coming here for your oil change and other services, they truly treat you like family.

They don’t do safety inspections. I wish they could have communicated that with customers much earlier. I waited in queue wasting time because they assumed I wanted an oil change when I never said anything like that.

Charles took excellent care of my vehicle. It was an older Honda and the did not have the specs and he went out of his way to assure that his team was able to get me serviced and on the road quickly because I had a flight leaving town that evening.
