I usually go to the dealership to get my oil changed because they it's cheaper. But I chose to go to Jiffy because they do them in under 30 mins were as the dealership takes hours even with an appointment. The service at Jiffy was good as well.

They were very timely with my oil change. I was second in line. I didn't time it but had to be less than 1 hr compared to dealers 3plus hours

The staff was very accommodating & friendly but professional, not pushy with sales but gave information that was needed. I will go back just because of the staff friendliness alone
