I was leaving Statesboro today after attending my granddaughters graduation. It was a very happy and exhausting time. Of course a light came on as I was leaving to return to Atlanta that said I had no coolant in my car. We went to Jiffy Lube and were treated with such kindness. Rosie took a lot of time to check and correct my problem so that we could make it home. She was so kind and knowledgeable. It was impressive. Too many businesses in this day and time never seem to offer customer service anymore. I want any parent or grandparent that has a student at GSU to know how much this grandparent recommends Rosie and this Jiffy Lube staff for their car issues. She should teach other businesses how to treat their customers. Thanks to you Rosie for getting me home safely! I won't forget your professional manner but mostly I won't forget your kindness. ?? we agreed by a young man named Donovan, very professional young man came out whenever everything with us just to make sure we clearly understood what was going on what was gonna happen? Kept us informed as our car was being serviced. Make sure we knew everything before it was done. Sure, did appreciate Donovan.

Stopped in Statesboro on the way to Atlanta for an Oil Change and change the rear differential fluid. In and out in a flash. The staff was helpful and courteous!

There was a long line but it was worth the wait guy was cleaning my glass while I waited they were efficient as always in and out they applied discounts without me asking

Never have I ever had a bad experience with jiffy lube as they have always been there immediately and with their great coupons always timely in my inbox when I'm in need of an oil change! They have saved each car I've had!! Thank you so much to the crew, You all are great!!
