Jiffy Lube in Savannah provided outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and their professionalism really stood out. A battery test showed low cold cranking amps, and they thoughtfully recommended replacing it soon. They were right because my battery died the very next week. Their care and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and it’s clear they go above and beyond for their customers.

Shay and her team was great. From start to finish everyone was very respectful and very organized.

The service was AMAZING at Jiffy Lube on Eisenhower Dr. I was in awe to see two African American women working with the expertise that I observed at Jiffy Lube. The young lady (manager on duty) who installed my new battery and the other young lady who changed my oil and put the coolant in WERE BOTH KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, PROFICIENT AND GENUINELY KIND during my visit. Today I went to jiffy lube after being referred by a friend and the service was nothing less than exceptional I got a couple of other items too which was top tier she walked me thru everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. good customer service still exists. Today I went into Jiffy Lube because my air conditioner was blowing hot air in my car. They quickly identified the issue But they did not have the specialty Freon that I needed But they found the Jiffy Lube that did And called them for me And set everything up for me to go in and get the service to keep me cool And taken care of. Kendall and Anya We’re magnificent And beyond kind to me. Thanks to them. I will be cool all summer Except for my heart that will remain warm because of these good people And their commitment to customer service.
