I just left this location and I must say, that I was very pleased! The guys were absolute gentlemen and provided excellent service! They also made me aware of whatever possible issues that needed to be addressed and got me in and out literally in a jiffy! lol …I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to have your vehicle serviced! Keep up the good job gentlemen!

Excellent customer service from all and very informative. I came for oil change, I didn't know my brake light was out, Jordan made sure I was Ok and replaced it for me before I left. Safety 1st Safety Always. I'm so greatful. Jiffy Lube in Riverdale is the best

Excellent job today. Very quick. Also the crew reminded of certain items that was needing replacement that I knew about so the crew was thorough.

I’ve been here a few times and today’s visit was the best yet. The gentlemen who first geeeted me answered all the questions I had about Groupon and differences in oil types. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, never that fast before. And the tech who actually did the oil change was very mannerable, he opened and closed my door for me on arrival and departure. And he added air to a tire that was low without being prompted. Great job guys!

Very quick and professional group that works at the Jiffy lube in Riverdale GA.

Staff was very friendly service didn’t take too long and additional things were fixed/replaced that I didn’t not even know about. I have no complaints.

Both employees definitely took good care of my vehicle and the service was fantastic.

Excellent service today. The manager with the dreads and septum piercing was extremely professional, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly, made sure my car was taken care of, and provided great customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated how efficient and respectful he was. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had—thank you!

The staff at Jiffy Lube was awesome today. I went there for an oil change and also got my tires rotated. They were very nice and knowledgeable about my vehicle and what I needed to do going forward.

I called ahead and was quoted a price, and they honored it exactly no surprises. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and did a detailed, professional job. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services for future customers. Will be returning

They were very helpful, very knowledgeable and they were so nice and pleasant. I normally do not promote any place because of people‘s attitudes but here is the best customer service I ever experienced. The men there were gentlemen and the young lady that was there. She was very, very nice very helpful and very hungry for knowledge what she didn’t know she wanted to learn to know that’s why I can see her really thriving in this business. This place is amazing. I went To get my emissions and at first, the attendant said that the person wasn’t there to do the emissions so I left and went across the street to the Chick-fil-A parking lot. She found me in the parking lot and said that someone else had their certification to complete my emissions and I was able to get everything done That same day. Fast. Excellent customer service. Clean bathrooms. Friendly. & free complimentary water
