I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube. The entire team was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed. They showed me the actual filters and parts that needed replacement and provided helpful estimates on maintenance items that may need attention in the future. What I appreciated most was that they explained things in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel uninformed or talked down to. As a woman, I think many of us worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance because cars aren't necessarily our area of expertise. The staff treated me with respect, answered my questions, and helped me feel confident that I was making informed decisions about my vehicle. I left knowing my car was well-maintained, but I also left feeling more educated about how to care for it going forward. The highlight of my visit, however, was Robert. He took the time not only to understand our vehicle's needs but also to connect with us on a genuine human level. That personal touch made all the difference. I walked away feeling like I had friends at Jiffy Lube, not just a service provider. In fact, I was so impressed by the experience that I immediately wanted to tell my sister about it and recommend them. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

I got an oil change, alignment, and changed out some filters. Mason was really nice and explained everything to me in a way I understood and the service was quick.

Quick and efficient service!

Overall, it was a great experience. Didn't take long at all. They got on it and they were done before we knew it. And they found something wrong with one of my tires that I've had. Other people look because I told him it kept leaking. Nobody ever told me anything and one man that was servicing the tires putting air in them notice that that one was real low and he checked it out and found a nail in it on the side and I appreciate that very much.

My son & I got our oil changed yesterday, as well as our air filters, and our back windshield wiper. James, Savannah, & Robert serviced us. I'm not sure who else helped underneath the car, bc we didn't get to meet them. But I'm sure they were amazing, bc the 3 ppl who helped us were absolutely amazing. They turned an oil change into a happy and memorable experience. They were super professional and knowledgeable. James was absolutely hilarious. My 13 yr old loves cars and anything about engines. James taught him some new stuff while we were being serviced. My car kept telling me my engine air filter needed changed. Robert informed me that it actually didn't need to be changed, which blew my mind, bc other places try to get me to change EVERYTHING, even when it doesn't need to be changed. So that was refreshing.They get an 11 out of 10. We will be back.
