I really liked the attention

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVCE!! I took my Land rover discovery to get an oil change. After a few minutes of looking they realized they needed a special tool to take the oil housing off. They went and got the tool, no hassle. They changed the oil and then went to replace the air filter and realized they were out of stock of the one I needed. Again no hassle they went and got the one they needed. All of this was met with profuse apologies for “taking so long” (took a total of maybe an hour). They also did not add any extra charges or hidden fees to my total to try and “recoup” having to buy things or employee mileage.

had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Canton Road in Marietta. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly for my oil change without making me feel rushed, and they clearly explained everything they were doing—no pressure or upselling.

Stopped in while running other errands. Was taken in immediately.Told the mechanic that I wanted an oil change only. Never tried to upsell me which seems to be standard procedure by most companies I have experienced. Got my oil change and continued on my way. What a refreshing experience. I will go back.
