Friendly and professional staff. I was in and out in no time.

I got my oil changed and emissions checked. The entire process was super simple and it only took 20 mins. Alexander, Branden, and Cameron were super helpful.

I have been to several Jiffy Lube’s in the past. However, the service has not always been the best. HOWEVER, today’s experience was exceptional from the start. The way that I was greeted by Alex Eidson from the moment I pulled in was a ?? game changer. His energy, communication and knowledge made me bring my second vehicle back up for service at this location on the exact same day. Alex thanks for making my day today with customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Had a fleet vehicle serviced here today. Typically, that's a painful process as most service centers don't care to put in the effort to find the vehicle in the fleet application. This location is an exception to that. They quickly processed my fleet payment, and they did an excellent job on the service. This will now be my location of choice for all oil changes - personal and fleet.

I came in to get emissions. Took me right away. All there were very friendly and completed work having me out in less than 1/2 hour! Would definitely come back. I highly recommend !

2/27/2026. Was Castrol, then Valvoline, now Jiffy Lube but always great! Today just had required annual emissions testing and they got me in and out in a reasonable time. These guys always know what they are doing. Not a bunch of grease monkeys that were just hired last week and never serviced a vehicle before. These guys are consistently there and thorough. Will return soon. 2/28/2025. These guys were great. Four employees had us in and out for oil change and antifreeze fluid exchange in less than 25 minutes and at a fair market price. Oh yeah in 22 degrees and windy conditions. Will continue to visit this location in West Cobb when needed.
