Fast, friendly and efficient.

First time here and we are from out of town , we had quick service and they even saved us money off the bill , also very friendly staff would come back if it wasn’t four states away.

The crew is very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I feel when I drive out. I don’t have to worry about anything or second-guess. If they tighten everything back up I visit the location on Forsyth Road in Macon, Georgia. That’s where I will continue to go and recommend it to all my family and friends.

I have visited this Jiffy Lube for several years with multiple cars and the team at the location are very helpful and have been outstanding with the service. They did not hesitated with my Mercedes C43, GLE350 and now my Porsche Macan S. Very happy with the efforts and service at the Forsyth Rd Jiffy Lube.

Pulled in Saturday morning to get oil change. 5 cars ahead of me. Service tech came out to car line and spoke to everyone to ask what service was needed and gave estimate of approx wait time. Was told about 30 min to get into service bay. We were in and out with full service check in about 30 minutes. Fast , courteous professional service. Repeat customer and will keep using their services.

Great experience

They’re are honest and straight forward with you, great service. I usually do my normal maintenance on my vehicle but now I’ll be using them again. They also do routine maintenance on our work trucks.

Such a pleasant time. All the guys were so nice! As a woman, some guys can be creepy at service places. Each guy was a gentleman, opened the door, and was professional. Will be back!

I love doing business with the people at Jiffy Lube on Forsyth Road in Macon. They are the nicest guys always so polite and informative .
