????? 5/5! I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube Oil Change. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service was quick, and they made sure I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. What really stood out to me was how they included my children in the experience. They had great music playing, and my kids were dancing and smiling the whole time. It made what is usually just an oil change feel like a fun and enjoyable visit for the entire family. Excellent customer service, a positive atmosphere, and genuinely kind people. I truly appreciate the care they showed us, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The service I received today was amazing compared to any other place I’ve dealt with. The customer service was through the roof, they even welcomed my son as though we were returning customers. I rate this place a million out of ten!!!! I felt welcomed, the trust came generally, and my car feels and drive so good!!!! Thank you guys for starting my day off perfectly

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time recently and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly right when I pulled in, and they explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into extra services. The oil change was done pretty quickly, and they even checked a few other things on my car while I waited. The waiting area was clean, and the whole process was a lot easier than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I had issues at another Jiffy Lube, but this location is by far the best in the city! If you want your car in good hands with people who genuinely care, this is the place. They fixed something that should’ve taken 2 hours (according to the other mechanics)in just 2 minutes — literally amazing service

This location is the BEST JIFFY LUBE LOCATION!! Cameron, Brandon, Derrick are the most phenomenal mechanics team that I’ve ever met and had the privilege of helping me with my oil change. LADIES this crew is going to give you the best mechanical service , and will allow you to feel secure and safe in your service, any time you come.

Derek and Cristina were quite helpful. I left a review but I forgot to mention them they made the visit pleasant and did a good job. I would highly recommend this just for glue and use a Groupon.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! Mavis across the street quoted me $475. Jiffy Lube did the exact same service for $400 (??)... not to mention Brandon went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every aspect to ensure the service was affordable and quick. Extremely knowledgeable! Extremely friendly! 20/10 those guys are LIFE SAVERS literally ?? I'm soooo happy I got a second quote and ended up at this shop

Can’t remember the crews names but it was one lady and two young men and they were exceptional. Everybody was so nice and genuine and they got me in and out within about 15 minutes.. My new favorite go to for my oil change.. thanks guys you all are the best!

I came into the shop with a car that had a significant amount of white smoke coming from the back, as well as a leak at the bottom. I feared the worst, thinking that it may be signs of engine failure as my car has over 238k miles on it (07’ Tahoe). Brandon Miller took a look at it, and correctly identified that the reason for the leak and the white smoke was due to the oil filter not being on tight enough. Come to find out, this was due to a previous company not putting it back on correctly after my last oil change. Brandon put it on correctly, gave me oil, and within minutes of starting my car, the white smoke significantly reduced and the leak stopped. Had it not been for Brandon, and the excellent friendly service I received from Christina (really the whole team), I would have ended up selling my vehicle and having to buy another one (thousands of dollars), or looking to replace the engine unnecessarily (thousands of dollars). The team here saved me money, and not only that, made me feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks everyone!

I called and brandon picked up and was realistic with the wait time so when I came there was not much waiting. Cammron greeted me with welcoming energy and a determination to help . He listened to what services I needed and got straight to work . I appreciate the diligence and swiftness to provide a service. Their recommendations and pricing are fair and they made me feel that they are willing to help . Kristina the cashier was very informative and even though I had to wait for a filter order she was realistic with the wait time. Quick, easy service . Thank you .
