Best of all these gentlemen were so nice. You don’t find that much any more. They were fast as well. I am a return customer.

Service was great, facility is very clean and staff was very professional. Only complaint would be the cost. Been using dealership for years and always thought the dealership was more expensive, not the case here.

Had a bad experience at another place in town so I was putting off my oil change. Decided to give Jiffy Lube a try and Jacob was fantastic! Didnt try to push anything and was very nice!

These guys are fantastic! Got an oil change, went two miles down the road for another errand and when I started out from there the check engine lights came on. Being new in town and not knowing where else to go I went back, thinking maybe something got knocked loose in the oil change but not sure. They brought me right in and stayed with it until it was resolved; at their expense even though it wasn’t anything they caused. Hung out with the guys talking while they worked on the car, over two hours! The car seems to be running fine now, a day later. Can’t say enough good things about them. I’ll definitely be going back and let anyone else know to go there as well. A big thanks to them!

This was my first use of Jiffy Lube. Normally I have oil and filter changed at Toyota. I liked that all fluid and filter numbers Jiffy used were derived from my Prius VIN number and cross checked with parts used by Jiffy. I will use Jiffy again if no Toyota dealer is convenient.
