The gentleman with the long black locks was super informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He was very quick & the other gentleman that was working today as well I apologize I didn’t get their names but he had mid length brown hair & tattoos was so nice & told me the next steps I need to take to fix issues with my car since he’s had similar issues! Thank you both so much!

The service was excellent. Everyone was so polite. I told them what I wanted done and it was all within the scope of their service. They even alerted me to a brake light was not working and replaced it at a cost. I felt very comfortable with the service and they will be my go to in the future.

Went to jiffy lube to get my wife's car an oil change and the young man A.J was so perfessional and genuinely cared about my concern. I really appreciate the customer service. Thanks AJ!!

I came in for my emissions test and had my toddler and baby with me. Jason was so accommodating and helpful and I could tell he was trying to get us in and out as quickly as he could. He had us wait in the lobby so the car wouldn’t get too hot for the kids and ran to open the doors for me. So appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness!

Emissions

My girlfriend and I came in for service, and we had a fantastic experience. Antwuni helped me, and Max helped my girlfriend. As two women, we’ve sometimes felt talked down to or pressured when dealing with car maintenance, but that was absolutely not the case here. Both of them were respectful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel uncomfortable or pushed into anything. The service was quick, honest, and stress-free. We left feeling informed and confident about the work that was done. Excellent customer service all around, and we’ll definitely be back.

Great service at the jiffy Lube on Jiles Rd in Kennesaw! The manager knew exactly what transmission fluid to use, had it on hand, and tools necessary to do the job! Four other service providers simply did not carry the fluid, or didn’t know Subarus require a special fluid. The manager was excellent as well as the techs. Thank you!

Robby is absolutely amazing. I really appreciate the time and attention that he gave me. My car stopped in the middle of the road on my way to their location to replace my battery. They immediately came out to assist; he quoted me a reasonable and affordable price. I always come here for my oil changes. They have a loyal customer. Thank you again!!!
