Not just this time, but every time I need something Robby is very helpful and takes the time to explain everything to me. Today was no different. The other staff with him are just as helpful. This location is ran efficiently, the staff is both knowledgeable and very professional. Their great attitude doesn’t go by unnoticed. Today I left with a feeling of trust. As long as this staff remains I will be coming back when I need anything.

Jiffy Lube in Kennesaw is the best! The staff is friendly, trustworthy, and always helpful. They make sure all your questions are answered before leaving. The team is a great example of what customer service should look like!

Amazing customer service very nice people definitely would go again.

My experience with them was outstanding. They were short crew members and it got a little busy at around 9am for them but so a little longer wait but I found out by talking to them there was only the 3 of them. So no big deal on wait. They all had a smile on their face and they were rocking and rolling. Each one of them was a pleasure to talk to and they walked me through each step of the process and we had some good laughs. I will be going back to them no matter the wait time because they honestly cared.

The staff there is excellent and Andrew knows exactly how to treat the customers. DO NOT FORGET to look up a coupons on Jiffy Lube website to offset the cost! As long as there are coupons, I’ll continue to use Jiffy Lube!

went here the other day after getting my first ever flat tire on my first car i recently purchased. the staff was incredible with removing the tire and putting on my spare. they definitely helped ease my first flat tire anxiety and made the experience more positive! very grateful for the two guys that helped me out!

Years ago, I decided to never go back to JIFFY LUBE due to a bad experience with them (ie… bad attitudes & forgetting to place the dipstick back in). I got an oil change & radiator flush. In & out within 30 minutes. I believe in second chances. So, I went to one close to my house that had changed from Valvoline to JL. Now, Great service, conversations with customers & nothing but professional! Give them a try, the one I referred to is on Jiles Road near Cherokee Street.

Location is GREAT for customer service and timeliness to complete work. Robby, AJ, and the rest of the crew were true professionals. Highly recommend

Robbie and his team went above and beyond for me! They checked everything, not just the oil in my car. They were honest about what they found and didn’t try to “sell me” on anything. Just told me when things were going to be due on my car. My Jeep had been sitting under trees while I was on vacation. Robbie cleaned under my hood and got all the gunk from under the hood. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube! It is my new stop for car service.

Friendly staff who you can tell care about customers and their job. They were all super helpful with my car. Had a miscommunication with the manager about price because of my own ignorance but he was very apologetic and took care of the situation. Will be back again.

The gentleman with the long black locks was super informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He was very quick & the other gentleman that was working today as well I apologize I didn’t get their names but he had mid length brown hair & tattoos was so nice & told me the next steps I need to take to fix issues with my car since he’s had similar issues! Thank you both so much!

The service was excellent. Everyone was so polite. I told them what I wanted done and it was all within the scope of their service. They even alerted me to a brake light was not working and replaced it at a cost. I felt very comfortable with the service and they will be my go to in the future.

I came in for my emissions test and had my toddler and baby with me. Jason was so accommodating and helpful and I could tell he was trying to get us in and out as quickly as he could. He had us wait in the lobby so the car wouldn’t get too hot for the kids and ran to open the doors for me. So appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness!
