Brandon was very helpful and patient during my visit. He explained everything clearly and got me in and out efficiently. He even helped me fix my Groupon issue, which he didn't have to do. Everyone at the location was very friendly!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. They were fast, reliable, and made the whole process easy. I got an oil change and had my cabin air filter replaced, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

Good service

Juliet was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager is named State me, but he was extremely knowledgeable on some issues. I was having that didn’t have to do with the oil changes. Great customer service and for that reason, I’ll be bringing my cars to that location

Car broke down bad, techs offered help to move car to get into a better position for tow, generally amazing people would recommend jiffy lube for any assistance.

Both techs who helped today were extremely helpful. I appreciated their advice on a weird smell my car was putting off. They also asked about whether or not I had a coupon to use- helped me out!

Jacob, Michael, and brandon were great. They got me in and out in no time. They made recommendations for things to be replaced but didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which i appreciate as a college student who doesn’t have that much to give. I appreciate their hard work and will definitely be back. Way nicer and faster than any other place in the area.

Excellent. Fast. Courtesy. Will try an upsell wiper blades (corporate), a simple no sufficient. Unless, you actually need, then, feel free. Also. Check the coupons. Went synthetic blend. $80, in this day. Had air/cabin filters changed, walk out 130, after coupon. If just oil change, would have been 50, with coupon.

I showed up for a oil change bout 5:15, close to closing, they came right out and got me in and out!!! Also did my tire pressure for me. Ill be back!

Arrived at the Hiram GA location for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Brandon. Juliet was very kind during my services and very attentive, as well to top that off she informed me that my license plate light was out. Brandon was fast working and a great worker. I would recommend this location 1000%.

Guys were very professional and through. Also through interaction with other customers their honesty shown through. Gentlemen had had a couple thousand miles left before his vehicle was actual due for oil change……..customer was unaware but JL people made let him know before continuing with service.

I went to get my oil changed today. The employees were super quick, efficient, and friendly. For once, no one tried to pressure me into buying things/extra services I didn’t need. Overall, 10/10 experience and couldn’t recommend enough!

Went today to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Hiram and they were super nice, professional and had fast service. I was allowed to sit in my car while they completed the job and they thoroughly explained everything thy were doing during the process. I will definitely recommend them!

If I could give 1 million stars I would!! This morning on the way to work my car started overheating while I was in the Dunkin Donuts drive thru so I pulled over in the Jiffy Lube parking lot next door. The location JUST opened and without hesitation, Brandon came out and asked if I needed help and he literally checked everything out for me, refilled my coolant, checked out my pumps/fans and made sure I was good to drive off the lot and make it to work. He truly is a hero!!! I appreciate him so much and I will be returning to Jiffy Lube for all my car servicing needs!!!! THANK YOUUU SO MUCH AGAIN!!!!!

I just want to say that Shanautica, Brandon, and Jacob were so great today! They are all really kind and you don’t really feel like you’re at the normal oil change places. This will be my go to place from here on out!

Decided to come to jiffy lube for the first time was taking my truck to Take 5 for years Jiffy lube manager explained my problem with my truck he helped me and was very detailed and nice gave me some information that I didn’t know and he make sure I understood this is my new oil change place will be back the place is very clean and the staff is so nice and helpful.
