This was my first time ever at a this location. I’m must say that I am so excited that I came here. I got the chance to learn more about my car. I had Denzel. He took very good care of my car Faith and was a gentleman with me. I asked so many questions I got upset with me lol. He was very knowledgeable on the work that he does. I can tell he loves his job and wanted to be there. This will forever be my new car doctor!

I came for an oil change. A man named Denzel tended to my needs, checked out my car, was upfront and descriptive with all his actions and even gave my a list of future things he noticed that may become issues if not paid attention to. Very productive and nice visit !

The Technicians were professional and curious. MY wait was short and they also suggested what I may need now and for my next oil change. It also helps that I am in their system and they have records of the work done to my vehicle!

My experience at Jiffy Lube was outstanding. When I arrived, Denzel immediately made me feel welcome. After I let him know that I am Deaf and have limited hearing, he quickly connected me with someone who knew American Sign Language. That level of accessibility meant a lot to me. Denzel went above and beyond to explain the issues with my Jeep. He used visual aids, showed me the air filter, and walked me through the computer diagnostics so I could clearly understand what was happening. His transparency and professionalism gave me confidence that I was receiving honest information. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating to navigate vehicle repairs and maintenance, but Denzel never pressured me. Instead, he patiently explained all of my options, including the pros, cons, and possible consequences of each choice. I truly appreciated his honesty and respect. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, accessibility, and someone you can trust, Denzel is the person to see. I highly recommend him! ???????
