Came here to do my oil change and AJ was super cool and helpful. She went above and beyond to check my air cabin filter, even though it was giving her a hard time. Brandon and Shannon also helped out and made the visit easy and seamless. I'd definitely recommend

I came in for an oil change about a week ago and was greeted by a young woman who was super polite, offering to have me wait in the lobby where there’s water, coffee and hot chocolate. I was in a rush and after waiting about 15 minutes before they started on my car, I decided I would come back another time. The men reassured me they could have me out in another ten minutes. They were extremely considerate and I watched as they worked quickly as a team to make sure I left satisfied. They were done even earlier than promised to make sure I left on time. I am thankful as a customer and had to leave a review to show my appreciation for their hard work and compassion. Thank you again!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! My customer service representative, Denzel, was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured to purchase any additional services.While I was waiting, I received updates on the progress of my vehicle, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The waiting area was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, the customer service was top tier, and I would definitely visit again for any future car maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!
