My daughter& I took my 2021 Jeep Wrangler (TurboDiesel) in for a much needed oil change. We pulled up right at lunchtime for everyone, to include the young lady working the desk who was also pregnant. Every one of them politely stopped what they were doing, quickly welcomed us and started the oil change on my Jeep. I have been to this location, before with my Jeep but today the staff working was probably the best crew as a whole that I’ve dealt with in a very long time. They were very professional, quick yet not in a rush and very transparent on suggestions and costs but not pushy. When my jeep was complete the young lady (again who was pregnant!!) Working the desk and one of the techs Walt, my daughter and I out to the Jeep. I have never had staff woke us to my vehicle and opened the doors to my Jeep for us to get in, told us to have a wonderful day as they closed the doors on my Jeep. The full experience was very quick and above and beyond Professional. I’ve taken our BMW to the BMW dealership to have work done and did not received service as polite and courteous as we received here!!

I had an oil change and the technicians noticed that my right brake light was out. They replaced it. I later found out that it was not working. I took it back in to Jiffy Lube. The technician replaced the light and checked to make sure that it was working correctly.

Courteous and quick.

I went in for oil change and instead of them taking my money they said I had miles left. I felt since the time was overdue I still needed one, but they explained why I didn’t yet. They put air in my tires anyway and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE

The white gentleman with long hair (sadly i didnt catch his name cause he is the one who worked on my car before) who did my brakes today was absolutely amazing! I ordered my brakes through a different seller for my 2019 Nissan and they charged me $165 for labor where most places would charge more but they got it done quickly so I could go on my way!
