Fast friendly service

Quick service, good coupons online, and the 2 employees were so nice and knowledgeable. Did not try and charge me for services/items I didn’t need, which is always a concern of mine with not being very car savvy! Will definitely go back.

I had a great experience getting my oil change here! Johnny, the manager, was very professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. His entire team was also very helpful, efficient, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about providing great customer service. I definitely recommend Johnny and his team and will be coming back for my next oil change!

I have had really positive experiences with Jiffy Lube on BuHi and at this location. The team is nice and very helpful. In particular, Sean, the mechanic is very knowledgeable and thorough. He correctly diagnosed an issue I had with my car when another shop couldn’t identify the source of my gas leak. I appreciate his clear explanation and realistic timeline for repair.

Fast service, so far no leaks or spilled oil, no dripping off of the frame.

My favorite place to get oil change! Fast and efficient!

I came here to get my oil changed today and the gentlemen who said they would stay late so I could come back after work, kept their word and stayed 15 minutes after they were supposed to clock out just to do my oil change... This is where I will be going from now on. The location is close to my work, they did a quick and very good job, and the price was great with the coupon I used. Good job fellas you got a new customer here! I day they both need a raise!!!!

I wish I could remember the young African-American male’s name who performed my oil change and made sure my tires were properly inflated when I mentioned I was driving out of town. I have definitely found my new oil change/Auto issues facility!!!

The place on Peachtree Industrial was great. Great people, great service. I went there after your place on satellite boulevard near Gwinnett Place Mall refused to do my oil change and would recommend not to go to the Gwinnett Place Mall location.

This is the one of the best places I have ever been to the guy was very knowledgeable, ethical understanding, and actually broke it down without fear or paranoid about being overcharged. Unlike their competitors Firestone and grease monkey. I have complete confidence and feel completely comfortable doing business with the people at this location. They have saved me over $1000 compared to Firestone in Grease monkey located around the pleasant Hill rd and industrial blvd area in Duluth Georgia 30096 I highly recommend anyone in the general area to visit them and do business with them. Both times that I have been to this location, Sean F has been kind, honest, & is a truly pleasant person! Everyone knows that car repairs can be stressful, but his ease & nature of approaching the issue is always comforting & competent! Heather and her team are so kind and professional. We had a piece dragging and rubbing the road below our car and with careful discretion, they put it back up and zip tied it safely so we could drive home. Talk about coming in clutch. 5 stars would recommend!!
