Despite being screwed, figuratively and literally by Wal Mart Auto Services ( they tightened my oil plug so tight it would strip the threads to remove and require an entire oil pan replacement to the tune of $1500 plus) the guys at Jiffy Lube made a very unpleasant series of events into a good afternoon. The guys were especially wonderful today. They were kind and thorough.

The team at jiffy lube was fast, informative and efficient! I went there for an oil change and did a fuel system and induction system cleaner and had me in and out in under 30 minutes.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube for my oil change service. The manager, who mentioned he’s only been there for two months, was absolutely outstanding. His customer service was superb from start to finish. The technicians working on my car were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain that I needed a new filter and even showed me how dirty the old one was. I really appreciated that because it felt honest and transparent — not like they were trying to push unnecessary services on me. On top of that, the manager provided me with a 30% off coupon, which was more than I expected and definitely appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and will most definitely be back for future car needs. ***Review Update: 07/18/26*** I had to come back and update my review because this location continues to impress me. Johnny was my manager again today, and just like every other visit, he was absolutely phenomenal. He mentioned he wasn't feeling his best because of the constant transition between the cold office and the heat outside, but you would have never known it from the level of service he provided. He remained friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize Christian, who was just as outstanding. Both of them worked together seamlessly and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Johnny also let me know they replaced my worn oil gasket at no charge, which I greatly appreciated. That kind of honesty and customer care is becoming harder and harder to find. I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube location. Employees like Johnny and Christian are exactly why I keep coming back. They both deserve a raise or bonus for the exceptional service they consistently provide. Thank you both for another great experience!

The staff there is amazing, quick easy. The manager Johnny was absolutely amazing, and his guys took care of my needs and got me out of there in 10 minutes after discovering something interesting about my car that I never knew(good thing). Definitely will be coming back here and only bringing my car to this location.

I didn’t have an appointment but had no problem getting an oil change right upon arrival. It took all of 15 minutes (maybe less). Great communication. Fair prices. Would definitely recommend.

5 out of 5 stars. Left Satisfied! I went to Jiffy Lube today for an oil change and the service was amazing. The GM and the three other staff members treated me very well. They knew exactly what they were doing, gave me helpful tips on what my car needed, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Quick, straight, and professional service. I’ll definitely be back with more of my cars

Very professional staff. They got me in and out quickly, made recommendations on other things I need to be aware of without being sales-y or pushy. I’ll definitely go back, and it’s not even near my house. Just happened to be in the area, but I’ll drive back there in the future any way.

Customer service starts on the phone and not just when a customer is already there. You made me choose y’all because of this. *Came for oil change and transmission fluid* He also tightened my loose battery, check for error codes, gave me windshield wiper fluid and topped off my coolant for free!
