Awesome!

Went in for a vehicle alignment. It took longer than I expected, but I suspect that has to do with the few number of mechanics I saw at this particular shop. But I'm satisfied with the service. I immediately noticed an improvement after the service.

Quick oil change and decent price for synthetic.

Quick and easy. Very helpful and informative! Not pushy to sell extra products but informative about the needs of the vehicle. very polite and provided a recommendation on vehicle maintenance that was fairly priced. All in all very enjoyable experience! Great work. Thanks so much

Shianne was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained what needed done, will need done next and what didn’t need done. She also took the time to update my car’s file it’s a work car but was still logged in as the previous driver. They didn’t do it last time I was there. Shianne was awesome.

Fast !!! Great work! Friendly staff. There is a large drop off on the side front drive way so be cautious when pulling in that way.

Every one was very polite, it was late in the day close to closing and they took me no problem.

Everything was good for the service I received

I went to Jiffy Lube to see why my tire sensor was on. They told me to pull up. They checked to make sure my tire pressure was correct and they also informed me that my sensor was missing off of one of my tires. They were helpful and friendly.

Very friendly employee, a charging station for your phone, coffee , TV, clean restroom ,in & out at a reasonable time. I did notice those with engine oil changes were allowed to be in there vehicles, in & out in a jiffy . Lol

Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. At checkout, I used my credit card but the service lady at the desk said I didn’t have to sign because they were doing something new where printout of services would be sent to my email. I haven’t received an email yet with the printout of services or how much I paid. I’m not even sure if they did my tire rotation. And they didn’t put the sticker to show next service in my window. I usually receive good service, but today I left feeling uneasy about the service I received today. I’m kind of disappointed at myself for not double checking and at jiffy lube. Update: The manager responded to my issue immediately and resolved the problem.

I received excellent service and recommdations over all. I was a little iffy at first because it took them 10-15 minutes after my entrance before I was acknowledged but I guess customer service is a thing of the past!
