Both employees were so nice and courteous. Both immediately showed me what area I was to drive to. Very helpful and mannerly. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Went to get my emissions done. Maktari helped me. He was very friendly and efficient. My emissions only took a few minutes. Great experience!

Nice positive experience and caring technicians, didn’t do any major service just emissions check. I happen to see he was treating windshield part of wipers purchase. So I asked if he can do for my vehicle as well. He was gracious enough to do that service for $5

I paid 130 for a synthetic change, seemed high. I'll try somewhere else next time.

I was in a bind another company possibly damaged my drain bolt. jiffy lube was able to extract the oil out the filler tube. saved me from getting new oil pan

Jiffy Lube in Cumming is a great service. The employees are so friendly and work efficiently to get you out of there fast. I usually do my oil changes there and they always alert me of things I need to repair. They are honest and a great team. I highly recommend them.

Stop there to get oil changed for trip out of town. Robert V., Adyn C. and Thomas M. all did a fantastic job in getting our truck ready for our trip. Job well done guys!!!

I may not have shared my experience after my past visits. But these guys know their stuff. Very clear, concise, double careful to ensure they have the right parts for oil, filter, etc. (I have a diesel, so it is imp they use oil and parts for diesel cars). Extremely professional, thorough, to the point, polite, and work is good. Outcome matters. I will recommend them for their services.

Fast , kind staffs, clean work. They also called me immediately when I accidently dropped my card there and left.. Requesting to install space heater for employees as they were suffering in cold weather..
