I had the best experience here. The team that assisted me was Dameria, Joe, William and Stephanie and let me tell you they all did an amazing job! Their fast efficient and explained everything to me clearly. I would highly recommend their services for anyone in the area. Job well done!

I came in sick wrong and with an attitude and these guys were very professional, understanding yet thorough even after I yelled at them when I was wrong .. dealt with Jiffy for years and this is by far the best one

Updated: I come to this location often and staff has always had great service and been helpful. I usually never have any issues and would recommend this location. I initially wrote a review about an isolated issue with using my fleet account here, however, I have adjusted it due it being resolved. Management was very responsive and thorough with their follow up. Angel the district manager immediately called to address the issue. William, the manager also reached out to ensure that the issue would be addressed through staff education so future service would be smooth and handled properly. I appreciate management taking the concern seriously and addressing the issue.

I’ve only gotten oil changes done here for the past couple years and it’s always in and out! No complaints

Excellent customer service. They had me in and out in no time! And were extremely helpful. This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with my car.

I received excellent customer service today at the Jiffy Lube on Camp Creek Pkwy. Mr. Z was very welcoming. Daron explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle’s status and offered services. Farrah’s quick check-in and check-out was appreciated!

I had a wonderful experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and didn’t advise anything extra that I didn’t. They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location in Camp Creek. As for the first one I called on Lavista Rd I would not advise. I was told by a man who answered the phone that even with my Groupon they would charge me an additional $30. The Groupon saved me $30 why would I pay an additional 30. ??

I found this hidden location and refuse to go anywhere else! While the entire staff is amazing; Zee is my favorite person there! I 100% trust his recommendations and when I don’t go to the dealership, he’s my guy!!! Recommend 10x over!!!

I had an amazing experience. I was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Honestly, my car rides so much better now that I got an oil change. Immediately after pulling off, I could feel the difference. The customer service was CHEFS KISS.

Great fast service! However the technician approached me before leaving and said he put caps on my tire valve stems and they cost about $5 each so if i could cash app him or give him cash. i thought that was weird! So I gave him $20 cash

Customer service was wonderful. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The staff were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Best Jiffy Lube I have been to. In and out in about 40 minutes, even being 4th in line.

Amazing Work ??

The staff was very friendly but they left a screw out and something was scraping the ground from under my car. I took it back and they corrected the issue but did not admit the mistake was on them. Due to the pricing I will not be going back but service overall was ok.
