Amazing Work ??

The staff was very friendly but they left a screw out and something was scraping the ground from under my car. I took it back and they corrected the issue but did not admit the mistake was on them. Due to the pricing I will not be going back but service overall was ok.

They took about 15 mins for an oil change! If it wasn’t for India’s great customer service suggesting I should get my tires rotated I would’ve never got it done. 10/10 recommend

The Jiffy Lube on Camp Creek Pkwy did an excellent job on my oil change this morning! The mechanics at this location give excellent customer service took very good care of my car. Definitely the best location in the Atlanta area!

Customer service from everybody I can in contact with was excellent. The cashier was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be here for all my car needs that they sell.

My wife visited this location about 3 months ago for a oil change to her vehicle. She came home bragging about the excellent customer service and how professional the whole team treated her. I also visited thus location about a week ago to have my oil changed in my vehicle. I was unaware that it was the same location my wife referenced. The location is very close to my neighborhood, so I decided to patronize it. I am also very impressed with the level of professional service . Even the tone of voice used by the gentlemen who addressed me. Also the customer service rep Ms Shephenie, was more than pleasant. I actually felt great about giving her my money because she makes you feel so satisfied and appreciated. This is a great team!!

I took my wife’s car in yesterday and mine today. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. Pricing was straightforward. The location is a bit tucked away in the Parking Spot lot, but it’s worth finding.

Excellent staff/personnel. I was able to pull right in and was done with my oil change in less than 10 minutes. I refer all my friends and neighbors to this particular Jiffy Lube because of their professionalism, but also personable. There's no other place that I prefer.

Fast, courteous, professional. The upsells made sense. I didn't feel like they were trying to offer me things that I didn't need, which was a plus. This is a solid location.
