Great service! Both timely and efficient. All employees were exceptionally professional and helpful.

Young men at the shop where awesome.They answered all my questions, one of the gentlemen was concerned for my safety and directed me to the best place for me to stand and the employee in the service bay below did an excellent job. Overall good service, good group of guys doing good work

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube! Shawn was absolutely amazing, so sweet, kind, and professional. His manners were exceptional. He opened the door for me, offered me water, and took the time to explain and recommend other products that could benefit my vehicle without making me feel pressured. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. Jordan also helped with my oil service and was just as sweet and friendly. The entire team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Best of all, I was in and out in under 30 minutes! That kind of customer service and efficiency is hard to find. I truly appreciate Shawn, Jordan, and the Jiffy Lube team for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!

The team that helped was great. They were super fast and professional. I got an oil change but they inspected other parts of my car at no charge like my tires and cabin air filters. Good experience!

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Cartersville, Ga.. Everybody that worked there was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about everything. I was there maybe 15 to 20 minutes. It was awesome! I definitely will be back. Thanks again.KimberleyMason

Very pleasant visit. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend the business.

We were on a long trip and discovered our skid plate came detached and was dragging on the highway. They so kindly fixed it at no charge and “in a jiffy!” The staff was so kind and professional and their safety procedures were impressive. Definitely would be here for all of my oil changes if we lived locally.
