Great staff very helpful

They were so nice and found coupons for me to get $30 off. I first went to tires plus by Kroger on Epps bridge road and their attitude was terrible. I ask a guy what the price would be for oil change, him and another guy laughed and I don't know but if you park in a parking place and go up front they will tell you. It's was the way he said it. Went up front and that guy had attitude so I left and came here and they were super nice. I will go back and I recommend these people. I don't recommend tires plus on Epps Bridge!!

Good deal on oil price. Fast oil change

A tale of caution… Apparently they now get their synthetic oil around that glacier in Alaska that Adam Sandler references. For synthetic oil, expect to pay $150. Do your own homework, but no other entity around is charging $150 for an oil change. Nobody’s rotating your tires or vacuuming the car or coming out to sing- no, just $150 for a standard oil change. Management handled their explanation and solution well, though. Now, on a positive note. I DO want to recognize that any time I have ever gone this location, they have been very kind to me. They’ve been very respectful and transparent. I appreciate being able to get quality service in a timely fashion- and they most certainly deliver there. I’m sorry money doesn’t grow on trees for you, Jiffy Lube. My money tree hasn’t produced anything in my yard either, not even with all this rain.

Take your vehicles to Jiffy Lube you won’t be disappointed. The ladies there are amazing. Great service and done in a timely manner. Everyone there is nice.

I work in customer service so I know how important it is to leave a review after any customer experience. I love the staff at Jiffy Lube on Atlanta Hwy. Those guys are great. So great that I ended up paying more.( One, because I needed an oil change Immediately, and two, even though I had an offer from two other places that were lower but had zero concern for my needs and these guys were so nice and didn’t try to tell/sell/bale (TELL me all these things that needed to be fixed on my car (that didn’t) / SELL it to me/ and BALE on me after the sale! I will never go anywhere else. They helped me find a coupon and they worked with me on my budget and when I got home, I realized my phone was missing So I drove all the way back and it ended up being in my purse, and we all had a good laugh. Good customer service, especially after the sale, Is vital to any company. Retention is just as important as the sale. Most people will pay for convenience, but I will remain a loyal customer and pay a little more as long as they show genuine care and don’t try to pull one over on me like Tires Plus. I may be a single mom but I always do my research so I’ll never agree to pay for “blinker fluid”. Keep up the good work guys Jiffy Lube! ??????????

The staff at this Jiffy Lube were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The technicians were courteous, answered my questions, and appeared to work hard to get customers in and out efficiently. My biggest concern isn’t with the employees, it’s with the facility itself. The waiting area and service bays seem to have very poor air circulation. On a warm day, it becomes uncomfortable for customers waiting in the car, and I can only imagine how challenging it is for the employees who spend their entire shifts working in those conditions. For a company that relies on customer comfort and employee well-being, improving ventilation and airflow should be a priority. The people working there deserve recognition for maintaining a positive attitude despite what appears to be a less-than-ideal environment. I would return because of the staff, but I hope management invests in better air circulation for both customers and workers.

Oil change service was quick. They also checked the air in my tires and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Chris was very helpful, and found a good discount we could apply to the services we received.

Awesome job! I had my oil and filter changed today, and the associates pointed out that my air filters, for the engine and interior needed to be changed, so I did. They also pointed out that my brake fluid needed changing, so they performed that service also. Al. This work was performed in a short period of time. The associates were friendly and so helpful. Because of this first experience with Jiffy Lube, I will be a regular customer. Thanks, and if anyone needs service, this is the place to go! Thanks Jiffy Lube! Tim Rash

I went to the jiffy lube across from ga square to get oil changed and they took me right in all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, great place and excellent experience, I recommend it to Everyone, thank you for your service on my car, I will be going there every time I need car service.tjankntou again for all your hard work and pleasant experience

Stopped in spontaneously, trip out of town. Attendants were courteous and quite pleasant. If I find one closer to home, will definitely consider repeating visits.
