Justin went above and beyond. I arrived right when there was a micro burst storm and he and the whole team made sure I got inside and was safe. I needed a new tire due to the screw in it as well as it displaying “the ring of death” ?? I appreciated them showing me the damage and sharing the knowledge. The tire I needed was at another store so Justin drove there to fetch it for me! I didn’t mind waiting and was relieved to have a new, safe tire. One of the mechanics forgot to put my spare in the trunk and even offered to bring it to my home. I will be going back for all things my Lexus needs in the future.

All the employees were great, they started off with a warm greeting and smile. The service was excellent and they explained everything to us and asked if we have any questions. Not only was the greeting warm but when we were leaving they kept that smile and warm feeling. We will be going back to let them service our vehicles again.

I stopped by this location just to get some air in my tires, but Justin ( I think that’s his name or Jason it started with a J) went above and beyond. Instead of just doing what I came in for, he took the time to educate me about the condition of my tires and explained why I really needed a new set. I already knew it was time, but I appreciated that he was honest, thorough, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was Justin’s personality. He was funny, personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He gave me a quote, and I let him know I’d be back within the next week or two. I’ll definitely be returning to this specific location because of the outstanding customer service he provided. Keep it up, Justin! You’re doing an awesome job, even when no one is looking. Employees like you make all the difference.
