I stopped by this location just to get some air in my tires, but Justin ( I think that’s his name or Jason it started with a J) went above and beyond. Instead of just doing what I came in for, he took the time to educate me about the condition of my tires and explained why I really needed a new set. I already knew it was time, but I appreciated that he was honest, thorough, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was Justin’s personality. He was funny, personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He gave me a quote, and I let him know I’d be back within the next week or two. I’ll definitely be returning to this specific location because of the outstanding customer service he provided. Keep it up, Justin! You’re doing an awesome job, even when no one is looking. Employees like you make all the difference.

Attendants were very helpful. All I needed was an engine air filter but they checked my fluids & tires. I was in & out quickly

Jiffy Lube at Windsor Spring and Tobbacco Rd is a very good place and very quick and reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.

This was my first time at this Jiffy Lube location. Kayla introduced herself immediately upon me, pulling into the bay. I also witnessed during my wait time of my oil change and tire rotation, along with filter replacements a technician on break and a customer stopped him, and he was very polite and answered all questions and he spent about 20 minutes answering her questions though he was on break. I was so amazed with the service great job team this is the service I like to witness I will be back.

The staff was courteous and efficient. I spent less than 30 minutes waiting on my service.

Jiffy Lube change my oil and cabin filter filters and oil filters. They kind of remind me of a race car team. Everybody’s doing something to get you out quickly and efficiently and they’re all very friendly.
