The technician showed me the dirty filter and explained what happened and needed to replace it as well as my back wind shield wiper. I was disappointed I was never sent a Jiffy Lube coupon since I've always been a loyal customer at Jiffy Lube and I noticed another customer was given a Jiffy Lube coupon just because she was sitting down in the air conditioning waiting for her car.

I’ll be honest, I recently went to this Jiffy Lube very close to my house. They are not a terrible place to go however they are very overly priced, I had to pay $101 for the premium oil that they only have that my car can only take. I pay 80 bucks at a dealership for everything they did, including refilling my liquids without an extra charge and then they charge $50 and $35 for the engine filter and your cabin air filter you’re spending another hundred just to replace those and they charge for coolant refill. They didn’t even offer to refill my windshield wiper fluid. I understand it’s convenient because it’s fast bit that’s alot. Customer service is not bad at all super nice but again they are very overpriced. go inside and look at the prices on the screen

I like this jiffy lube. The people there are consistently nice and happy and work like a team to get my oil changed. I kind of look forward to the visit!

This is the only Jiffy Lube that I go to everybody there always makes me laugh and has a good time with you. They still ask you all the questions about your services and what you need but they don't push it if you say no they take no for the answer. Will not go to any other oil place or other Jiffy Lube

I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for over seven years and I’ve never had a bad experience or felt like I was getting ripped off! The guys that work on my car are great and they’re always friendly and very helpful! Special kudos to Katie, too, the woman in the office who took the time to explain to me just what my car needed and what the cost would be without being pushy! All in all, they have a great team over there! I would highly recommend them!
