I come here all the time with my telsa because I have a slow leak in the tire and Tom and the rest of the team are always so friendly and get me out of there and on my way quickly.

Jaxson was very professional and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond getting my services today. Very easly and pleasant to talk to as well. The whole staff was really friendly warm and welcoming despite the frigid cold weather today. I will definitely come back here for my car service needs from now on thanks to the crew that was on shift today.

In my opinion, Jiffy Lube does a much more thorough inspection of your car than the other “quick oil change” places. Jiffy Lube was still very quick for all that they did. Prices are cheaper than the Honda dealer. I like that they also offer lots of other services if needed.

My car got towed to tires plus because I ignored a leak in the coolant tank. . . They charged me $700 to send me home with super glue on the top pipe of my surge tank. The gentlemen at Jiffy lube showed me how to order and install my own instead, and proved people can run an honest business well. Everyone was so kind and Jackson helped guide me through getting safely back on the road. They’ll have a loyal customer for life.

They were all very knowledgeable as to what they were doing and didn't try to railroad me with things I didn't need. You all are doing great job and have great customer service. Thank you for all you do!

Came in with no appointment on 9/26 for an oil change. I was seen right away by Jackson and they did a great job! I would recommend them %1000. We come here when we visit family bc they are the best all around.

This Jiffy Lube was phenomenal. I have never had such great customer service and Jackson was the best. I will drive the 20 minutes just for them to work on my vehicle. The grace and kindness showed was just over the top. Everyone is very friendly. They are by far the best in Augusta.

Mechanics did a awesome job with smoke test didn't see any leaks in my evap system. Suggested some other things that maybe causing the problem and recommended me to take it manufacturer to pinpoint it. Thanks guys

The entire team did a great job, in my opinion. Changed the oil and air filters, also replaced a couple of bulbs that needed to be replaced, all in a timely fashion. I'll definitely be back when it's time for the next oil change for my vehicle
