I truly appreciate the patience and time he had not only helping service me but also elaborating over anything I did not know or understand. Long as the staff stays the same I'll forever continue to slide to this location. Like Dude really knew his customer (me). I like a joke shock value kinda encounter and my guy delivered top tier. He joked about not taking Groupon anymore. He was professional yet engaging with me. He even got the other staff members involved. On a serious note, this is the type of customer service that's expected when you come for a service. I was given options on whether I wanted to change my filter and all. Keep up the excellent customer service yall. I was there on Saturday 6/27 approx 2-3pm. The Groupon King!!!??????

This man - who I believe stated he was the manager - was running this joint all by himself today! Yes, it took an hour but he was perfect. JL… don’t let one employee do it all. It’s crazy.

Professional, courteous, and fast!

Members of my family have been served at this location many times over the years and we keep coming back. The folks here are friendly and helpful, and they explain things clearly. At age 77, there are many things I used to do myself that I can no longer do, so I come here instead. They have never failed to satisfy.

Once I was waived in, it took maybe 15 min to check out. Very efficient. I stayed in my car the whole time. They honored a $30 coupon I found on their website, which made the experience that much better. The guy who checked me out (maroon shirt) was pleasant as well.

I can't say enough good things about Konji! He truly came to work and went above and beyond. As a woman dealing with mechanical issues, it can be overwhelming, but this was by far my best experience. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years, but I’ve never had such a thorough inspection as I did with Konji. He checked everything lights, heater, blinkers top to bottom, with such care and attention. In a time when great customer service is so rare, I just had to highlight Konji. Thank you, Konji keep shining!!!

Came on a Monday at 5pm to get an oil change and was in and out! Everyone was very friendly and while they did recommend I need a new air filter, they were not pushy at all. Definitely recommend this location. I purchased my oil change from Groupon and got a slight discount.

I’ve put 90,000 miles on my brand new Tucson in 3 1/2 years and this Jiffy Lube has done all but three of the oil changes. They are absolutely amazing. They are extremely fast, courteous and very thorough with their service. They don’t pressure you into buying extra services, but they do a good job of informing you of what you might need on this service or what’s coming up on your next service. Tommy Jay is the manager and he does a great job of managing his crew. Silvino C. and Evan B. Took care of me on this last service and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They did a fabulous job.
