This was the second time I have been to jiffy lube. Upon arrival someone came out to ask what I needed. I said oil change and he immediately pulled me in. I sat in my truck as oil was changed. He also changed air filter which was dirty. He also topped off wiper fluid. It was so seamless I decided to have tires rotated. He rotated tires with no wait. Highly recommend jiffy lube in acworth. Joe was exactly what ownership would want as an employee. I will definitely be returning. I will also bring this to Academy Roofing as we have a fleet of trucks to be serviced here.

I arrived shortly after 9:00 AM for an oil change today (a Saturday) hoping for a quick in/out. While Jiffy promises a 15 minute oil change, I wanted to leave an honest assessment of the time one needs to budget - I was in and out in 1 hour and 3 minutes. The oil change itself was about 25 minutes long. The rest of the time was waiting in line for my turn. Honestly that’s not bad for a Saturday morning oil change. The service techs were very attentive, professional, polite, and excellent at communicating. I paid approx. $115 for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. 7/11/2026.

After driving by this new Jiffy Lube location countless times, I finally stopped in for an oil change. Sam, Andrew & Brian were attentive, quick, and made honest recommendations without being pushy. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I’ll definitely be back.

The guys that work here go above and beyond helping and doing a great job.

Price was outrageous but it isn't the employees fault. The business was clean, the staff was friendly, the service was quick. Everyone was trying to do everything by the book including headlight check, belt checks and air filter checks, they communicated as a team for safety and having been involved in this type of employment previously they did a marvelous job.

Quality work and very convenient!

This was my first time stopping in for an oil change and everyone was so kind and helpful! I even mentioned that my Jeep was making a squeaking noise and asked if they happened to know off the top of their heads what might be causing it. In response, the GM got up under my car and checked everything out! He went above and beyond to give me information about the condition of my shocks and lift kit. I cannot say enough nice things about this location! I will definitely be back!

I usually do my own oil changes. But had recent back surgery. Had to get someone to do it for me this time. Sam and the guys did an excellent job! Very professional, and fast. Definitely recommend for someone who doesn't do their own oil changes!

????? Outstanding service! We live in Pennsylvania and had some downtime from our baseball tournament so I stopped in for a quick oil change As soon as I opened up the hood, it was evident there was a problem. Steam coming up from who knows where. Sam,Andrew, Dylan, and Joe went far beyond what I expected. They noticed the coolant issue with my truck and took the time to thoroughly investigate and help pinpoint the problem instead of just completing the oil change and sending me on my way. The second issue came with the oil change. A piece of the plastic filter had broken off inside of the engine compartment. Something that could’ve turned catastrophic was remedied by these fine gentlemen. It took them a bit of time, but they were able to extract the piece of plastic, which could’ve seriously damaged my engine. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and showed that they genuinely care about their customers—not just getting them in and out the door. They even went as far as trying to locate a radator for me and when that failed, they gave me directions to a nearby mechanic. It’s refreshing to find a team that takes such pride in their work. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and want to thank Andrew, Dylan, Joe and esespecially Sam for providing exceptional customer service.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting my oil changed. I had a screaming baby and Sam made the whole process so simple and easy for me. He was so polite, called me by name and went above and beyond and fixed my tire pressure for me as well. I’ll come here every single time. Thank you Sam and Jiffy lube! I stopped by to get an emissions test on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The people were extra friendly and the test was performed in a timely manner.
