Great service

Very efficient, kept me informed each step of the way. ALL employees were very friendly, not just the ones who were involved in my visit.

The service bead very professional and quick. My car interior was vacuumed and looked great. This was my third oil change at this location and I would recommend it to anyone.

Brake system errors came on over weekend. Was able to call first thing Monday morning and was able to get in quickly for diagnostics and a partial repair (they need to special order an additional part). Alex very knowledgeable and honest.

Very nice people. Werent pushy and got out quickly.

Jiffy Lube Multicare is our new go-to mechanic! The staff were very nice, communicated all updates throughout the process, and did not try to take advantage of our car knowledge as woman (which is very typical in this industry). The best service I’ve ever received from a mechanic! The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

Oliver & Jorge (aka “Ranger”) are by far the most honest & trustworthy mechanics. These gentleman are extremely knowledgeable, and will always tell you their honest recommendations just like you are family. Best service shop you could ask for!!

The service was good and fast. They checked the condition of my battery and checked my vehicle's fluids. They have a waiting room if you don't want to wait in your vehicle.

Oliver at Jiffy Lube Tire Center was amazing! I came in with a flat tire and he kindly helped put on my spare as a courtesy. He was very polite and took the time to explain tire safety, including showing me my tread and letting me know my tires were 6 years old — something I had no idea about. I really appreciated how helpful and informative he was. Great customer service and thoughtfulness from him. 10/10 couldn’t have asked for a better experience after having this happen. Best customer service ever provided by Jorge and entire crew. They are just awesome. Nice, polite, check everything from tire pressure to filters, just went above and beyond any expectations I could have. Jorge knows what he’s doing, tells you what you should do, no pressure, pointed out all details, honest price, and again, amazing services. Thank you guys, see you definitely next time.

The Mechanic Oliver is Certified! Got to shout him out for a solid personality and super relatable nature. Very knowledgeable on cars, diagnosed the problem and reached a conclusion super quick. He gets 5 stars. One con, I do remember the management being more welcoming and hospitable about a year ago. It seems more uptight and strict now. 4 stars

The guys working were cheery, helpful and fun to be around. They took care of us in a timely manner for a good price.
