Oliver at Jiffy Lube Tire Center was amazing! I came in with a flat tire and he kindly helped put on my spare as a courtesy. He was very polite and took the time to explain tire safety, including showing me my tread and letting me know my tires were 6 years old — something I had no idea about. I really appreciated how helpful and informative he was. Great customer service and thoughtfulness from him. 10/10 couldn’t have asked for a better experience after having this happen. Thank you Oliver!!!!

Totally mind blown away about how amazing the staff was here with my pain in the butt car.. kizzy and her crew worked after hours to get me back on the road. I am new to fla. And this place will be my home away from home.. stop in and ask for kizzy or Oliver. Hands down amazing crew

Best customer service ever provided by Jorge and entire crew. They are just awesome. Nice, polite, check everything from tire pressure to filters, just went above and beyond any expectations I could have. Jorge knows what he’s doing, tells you what you should do, no pressure, pointed out all details, honest price, and again, amazing services. Thank you guys, see you definitely next time.

The Mechanic Oliver is Certified! Got to shout him out for a solid personality and super relatable nature. Very knowledgeable on cars, diagnosed the problem and reached a conclusion super quick. He gets 5 stars. One con, I do remember the management being more welcoming and hospitable about a year ago. It seems more uptight and strict now. 4 stars

I came here because I had a Groupon so I said why not. Well, I failed and bought the wrong kind of coupon. But regardless Nolan who I have the pleasure of working with was able to help me out and make sure I was well taken care of and well informed. I had a really good experience today at Jiffy lube. Was only expected to do a quick oil change to get on the road but ended up needing to replace my back brakes. Because of Oliver and the Jiffy Lube team I actually made the decision to go ahead and get them replaced their professionalism expertise knowledge of the situation and transparency and what needed to be done immediately and they want good weight made the difference. Great job Oliver into the rest of the Jiffy Lube team!

The whole staff is amazing here and super friendly! Oliver took extra time to make sure he found out the problem with my car and he was right! Oh and Nolan was so sweet and helpful as well! I wish I remembered everyone’s name ! Thank you guys so so much!

Lube change

Who wants to sit around all day, at the dealer or other car service site? I took a chance here, barely had enough time to check my emails, and cancel my hour long appointment at Walmart...and they were done. 12 minutes. It's like the Nascar pit crew zoomed in and out of my car. Highly recommend. Get on with your day. Go to JifflyLube! Very friendly and informative.

My truck broke down at the 7/11. The guys at jiffy lube came over and changed my belt, and sensor for a great deal! Great guys, great service!
