Great service great people

The staff of this Jiffy lu was very amazing.They did a great job.The oil was changed very fast.It was very communicative and very polite.I would recommend the whole world to go there.It's located on dalemabry on the corner of waters.

The team was informative and rendered great service. However, the closing of the service could improve. They should make sure all needs are met before leaving the customer.

My tires were running low on air so I went to 4 different Wawas and they were all broken. One of them ended up taking air out of my tires instead. Jiffy Lube was across the street from Wawa so I took my chance and told them my situation. The manager and his team were super nice and helpful. Even though they were extremely busy, they still took the time to assist me. 10/10 service and definitely recommend.

Tony and his team were wonderful in helping me with my brakes needing to be replaced and other services. He and his team were professional, throughout and efficient. I truly appreciated their customer service. I will go to Tony and his team now on.

I arrived to Jiffy Lube at 7:53 AM and there was a guy by the name of Jeremy That came up to me and said we won’t be open for another 10 minutes. I said that’s fine and he proceeds to walk inside and as he’s going to walk inside, he’s nodding his head left and right like as if he’s mad that I came early before they opened. So I asked him what is his problem And why is he mad that I showed up early? And he basically just said, have a good day And walked away As if I wasn’t going to get my oil I don’t appreciate that type of customer service. Five minutes later an employee by the name of Liz came and I let her know what was going on and she said don’t worry I’ll take care of you and that’s what she did. She was a great help. She had great customer service and was very friendly and that’s what I like when I come to a place of business someone that I can have a normal conversation with. I believe Liz deserves a raise And Jeremy needs some more training

Fui dias atras ha un cambio de aceite, dije que queria opcion de 49.95, y te nia un cupon de 10% off. Cuando fui pagar me cobraron 140$, alegando habian hecho otros servicios que no solicite. Aunque mi objetivo fue cumplido.

I was misled to think if I used Groupon I would save money but if you just go they are already doing $30 off any oil change which would’ve been $25 total for a conventional oil change. Well the Groupon is $25 then they charge you another $6 when you arrive. The Groupon included a free tire rotation which they said they couldn’t do because the lift wasn’t working or something who knows. So I get it “its just $6” but $6 for what tho? The included tire rotation would’ve made up for it but I didn’t get that either. Other than that did the oil change and I have no complaints about it. Staff was nice and the service was quick Update Came back again and Tony got me in and out thank you!! Will be back again 8/1/26

Jiffy Lube

Honestly one of the best shops I’ve been to. They inform you on everything that they can see with your vehicle they give you a quote for everything you’re willing to do that day and you’re in and out so fast. Prices are the same if not better than the dealerships and other shops around. And they done need your vehicle for the entire day as most shops do. Why not stop all the work Is backed under warranty fast and cheap. Anyway I’ll be back. Thanks

Quick efficient service at a good price

Every time I come here they take good care of my car. Tai, Don & Juan Carlos did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. They have excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. I definitely recommend coming here!

I had my oil changed at a different place in Orlando and realized my car was dripping oil a week later. Called here and the owner made an exception and checked my car for me. They took great care of me, gave me great customer service, and didn't charge me anything to tighten up the fuel cap (which was left loose by the last place). I really appreciated their willingness to correct another place's work, especially for free. I highly recommend this location!

This is a good Jiffy Lube to visit. Guys there are nice and don't beat you over the head with up-selling like some other locations. (They do offer additional services, but they don't threaten that my car will break if I don't do them, like other quick oil change places I've been to). Thumbs up. Thanks guys
