Really good place with good people. Prices are prices and everything is out of control. I can’t say that maintenance and unexpected repairs do not hurt but I don’t feel like I’m being given the run around. Are there cheaper places… sure but the prices are fair. They are honest and committed and we found our people after a very long search through Tampa. Each time I’ve been there I’ve had no complaints. They even puzzled pieced my undercarriage cover back together when I asked because Tampa roads are hazards. They did not have to do that. Highly recommend.

The issues on my car that I noticed are no longer an issue after he explained what needed to be done. What makes it even better is I only came in for an oil change but left with my car in even better conditions after his recommendations. Tamiko was great along with the team!

I went in for an oil change today and everyone was very nice, Tamiko especially so. They let me know my brake pads needed to be replaced and were able to take care of that at the time of the visit. Ended up taking longer than expected due to the brake change out, but I'm glad they brought it to my attention.

Imani and Reggie were awesome. Prompt to meet me. They took my Groupon coupon for rotation and synthetic oil. They rotated the tires checked all my fluids and even topped off my antifreeze for free. They were courteous.

The staff at this Jiffy Lube are absolutely wonderful! They are all professional, energetic and knowledgeable! They do not try to oversell you or pressure you at all into anything unnecessary and they always time to explain things I can do for self maintenance for my own vehicle!

I had such a great experience getting my oil change thanks to Jose E, Jeremy L, and Luis C. They all did an amazing job and made the whole process so easy and stress free. Their customer service was honestly the best. They were so friendly, fun, and just genuinely kind, which made the visit even better. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. I will definitely be coming back the next time my car needs anything.

The staff went above and beyond what I was expecting, especially a big kudos to James who kindly replaced my rear brake light bulbs despite having to remove the entire back panel to access the lights. Then they didn't even charge me!! These guys displayed excellent customer service!! Thank you James!!
