Went to get a full evac and charge of a custom ac system and the techs did an amazing job. They talked me through the various quirks of the ac system I had installed and other mechanical things they noticed. The price was also very fair.

Go there all the time. I was surprised at price of cabin filter replacement. $70??? Tech says that’s because price included labor. It’s a 5 minute job! Remove glove box open filter closet and replace. But I’ll still go there for oil change.

I’ve been a customer of Valvoline for over 20 years. And the last three years no matter what Central Florida location I go to their customer service has gone downhill and the professionalism is nil. Recently a Jiffy Lube opened up in The St. Cloud area. I took a chance and stopped by, and I was amazed. I was met by Alejandro as soon as I drove up, and he was courteous, very professional and patient while getting some information from me. My vehicle was worked on in a professional and courteous manner by Luis, Ramon (I don’t know who was under my vehicle working). I got a professional estimate from Victor, the mechanic (that was not pushy or uncomfortable) for some repairs that I needed on my vehicle. I would highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in the St. Cloud area. The staff were young, but they were highly professional and had great customer service skills.

I had my first experience at this Jiffy Lube recently when I got my oil changed. The staff worked on my car immediately after I turned over my keys to them. They did recommend additional maintenance to my car but weren’t pushy when I declined those services. Overall time spent at this Jiffy Lube was 30 minutes. I’m happy to see a Jiffy Lube with such great service open so close to my house. This will be my go to place for an oil change in the future.
