Helpful and friendly service in and out in 15 minutes didn't try to pressure me for additional services

The service was fine, but the customer service was horrible. I was told that the manager Chris would apply a discount that I received as a text towards the bill and then never did so. I called back same day to see if he could apply the discount to the bill. And he told me, I had to be in the store with him with the original bill, and I'd have to come back the forty minute drive to get the discount. I did so the next day and he was not there in the guys told me there's nothing they can do. And they don't even have the ability and I'd have to come back on a day Chris was there. Pretty bad customer service. If you ask me, why have people in charge when you're not there and can't do anything about it. Update: Customer Service replied and made right.

My entire experience with jiffy Lube was very professional efficient effective and affordable. I hate to say it, but that my vehicle has been more than five years and the Cadillac dealership did not put synthetic oil in. The professional gentleman at Jiffy Lube we’re able to flush out the oil and put the necessary oil in. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube 100%.

While this location wasn't able to work on my car, the store manager advised me to go to the nearest Jiffy Lube that had the necessary tools to work on my vehicle. He even called the store ahead of time to let them know I was coming. I really appreciated the kind and helpful gesture!

I had wonderful service today with Michael. He checked my car for a long distance trip and found my battery was on its last leg. He went above and beyond to help me feel confident driving that long. This is why I also use and refer this business.

I went to this location in the Fall '24 and was treated very rudely by the manager. I vowed not to return, but thought maybe this time would be a different & kinder staff. I was pleasantly greeted by the new manager! He was patient, talked to me with knowledge & without annoyance. Thank you for knowing when you needed a change in customer service! I will keep coming back as long as treated well.
