My jiffy lube here in Sarasota Florida was very professional & treated me very nice.

I had an outstanding experience with this service center. The service manager took the time to discuss my concerns, and it was immediately clear that he had a strong technical background. As a former automotive technician with dealership experience, he understood exactly what I wanted and documented everything accurately. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales approach. He even caught a couple of items I had overlooked, including a burned-out tail light and a dirty air filter, and took care of them. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work performed, and the entire visit—from check-in to completion—took only about 30 minutes. I have a background in automotive mechanics and engine engineering in Detroit, and for many years I performed most of my own maintenance. These days I prefer to have trusted professionals do the work, especially when they provide this level of expertise and service. In my experience, many dealerships would charge significantly more for the same work. What impressed me most was the professionalism, technical knowledge, honesty, and efficiency. The conversation was enjoyable because I was speaking with someone who clearly knew his craft and had the experience to back it up. This is one of the best oil change and maintenance facilities I’ve ever used. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and efficient automotive service.

Dustin is the man. I came to get an oil change and my windshield wiper stopped working and was told pieces under the hood would have to be dissembled to be fixed and a weekly mechanic would have to do it but I was going out of town in Orlando . Dustin called an Orlando store for me and told them I will be there to get wind shield wiper fixed . I never had the time when I went out of town so when I got back in town Dustin fixed the very minor wind shield wiper problem in little to no time on a Saturday and he is not the weekly mechanic. Once again Dustin is the man

I brought my 2001 Toyota camry in to get an oil change and the service was exceptional. Not only did they change the oil but they put air in my tires and added windshield washer fluid and also on top of that they cleaned my windshield. Thank you very much boys very appreciated!

I had my 1997 Lexus LS 400 serviced at Jiffy Lube on November 22, 2025. Manger Dustin and his Team ( Selth & Elijah) were very profession and courteous. Whenever I go to Jiffy Lube, the service is always fast and excellent.

The guy who helped me was very good at explaining everything that was happening and what the car will need eventually but didn't pressure me to do it right then and there. He also automatically gave me the coupon price without asking me to show it and just accepted the fact that I had one. If I knew his name I would mention him specifically for his great service.

I always use Jiffy Lube on US 301. The people are always nice and they know what they are doing. I will only go to this location when I need an oil change. I had some lights out on my car and the manager mentioned it to me (I knew they were out) and asked if I wanted them to replace them. I said yes. The price was very reasonable. Cannot say enough good things about this Jiffy Lube location. I needed a quick oil change on the fly and they got me in and out and explained everything so professionally. They were the highest rated JL in the area so I literally drove past two others to get to them and they did not disappoint. Staff is excellent.

Jiffy Lube is phenomenal. Mary is truly an expert in everything she does. Dustin the manager runs a finely tuned business. They communicate with each other like no other team I've seen. Conveniently located on Washington,/301. You want the best?? Go to the best Jiffy Lube EVER. GREAT PRICING AS WELL.

Rebecca took care of my oil change, she and Matthew managed the shop with 3 cars and got me back on the street in 20 minutes! I have to share that Rebecca especially made me proud, she’s a “grease monkey” (knowledgeable mechanic) with such a friendly demeanor that made me feel ‘old school proud: love seeing when American girls, like a Rosie-the-riveter, are taking care of us. Matthew was a gentleman in the process, providing a coupon at check out.

Expensive, but quick

It is a great place for a bulb change. Oil changes are a little pricey, but there are always coupons. Last time I went it took longer than we planned, an hour. But all in all we accomplished what was needed; oil change and break light bulb. They take care of any problems with the servicea!! They are good!
